I am quite disappointed in this. It took me awhile to actually put it together, and even while following directions, I struggled. Additionally, I found this to be quite clumsy and not as durable as I would have liked it. While it looks ok, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Had to alter it a lot to fit my door, as its smaller. Love the convenience. My dog ran thru it right after in stallation,messed it all up, but we were able to take it apart and reroll it with a lot of effort. Doesnt attach at the bottom so the screening is flimsy,be careful. A little pricey for the quality.

Wrong Item Received After Waiting for Item

I ordered this door in 72" width x 78" height and I picked up what I thought was the correct door (I failed to cross check the model number on door with the one on my order and I failed to verify the size door I was picking up was correct which I will not make that mistake again next time as I reordered the same door today). I have reordered the same size door as before and I've contacted Lowe's customer service to ask that they take all measures possible to ensure the model numbers are cross checked before item is sent to store that is anything other than the actual item that was ordered. Hoping correct size door will be great when finally received.

This one was the first one I bought it was cracked at the top but the guy that installed it was able to secure it with two screws.

This is a good solution for screen door applications but the quality of the manufacturing is not good.

Customer Service is Unreachable

Recently wrote a review regarding issues with Larson product, and received a reply to contact customer service at 8884833768. Was automatically disconnected several times by the call manager service. Was put in que for a representative after trying for 5 minutes, given an estimated wait time of 49 minutes before being automatically disconnected again. I quit after unsuccessfully trying for 20 minutes. Would appreciate some feedback from customer service after purchasing over $1000 worth of their product.

I love the way the retractable screen is divided and that only one can to be opened, or both, at one time.

Assembly instructions not great, but I was able to figure it out

We've had it up about a month. It looks good and is sturdy. It wasn't a "1/2 hour and its installed" project -- took about 2 hours - as it was difficult to understand the orientation of some of the pieces.

Great doors. Looked great and worked great.

It came with the wrong instructions and wrong hardware (instructions and hardware for patio furniture conversion).

Beautiful screen door. Fit and finish were flawless. Installation instructions simple and easy to follow. Overall 5 stars. Would recommend.

Nice Screen. instruction changes I would make

The screen seems solid. Strong retraction springs. it will snap back. Save a piece of packing tape. Remove the screws that adjust the bolts and slide them to the handle and tape them there temporarily. the things are in the way of attaching the side screws! Before putting in the first screw, check your lower sill position. You can easily push the whole screen up and off the threshold. I started at the bottom instead. I finished with a 3 x 1/8 gap at a top corner....not a bad fit at all. I installed this by myself in a little over an hour. Assembly is the hardest part.

Love the product, not thrilled with installation instructions. Forget the video instruction, other than maybe as a primer. Generally, the directions lack the fine strokes necessary for a successful installation. However, the final product looks great and operates beautifully. Many complements from us and our neighbors!

Returned because would have sat outside doorframe. Otherwise, nice screen.

Fairly easy to install, sturdy, and a great buy for the price.

We've had others which never worked right or didn't last. This is the best one by far. Excellent product, would highly recommend.

total crap

I had it up for 2 weeks and came home to find the screen on the left side had come loose and was hanging down , then the retractable part completely broke and the rest of the screen came off . Epic fail ,and now I am out the money I paid for for the install - even if they send a new one. I paid over 500 for somthig that lasted less than 2 weeks . Disgusted with Home Depot at this point for selling such a piece of total junk . The fleecing of hard working people continues .

Easy and inexpensive
