It has a piece of wood that split right in the middle

Frame is cracked
Just took it out of the box, past the return date but can't return anyway since I drove over the Canadian border to buy this in Bangor, ME.
Both came in damaged. Started send them back but decided to repair them myself. Cost me about 30.00 of materials
laminated wood was not glue correctly, columns on each side of door was bending back and forth. instead of glues small pcs of wood to make frame they would have used solid pcs of wood. Very poor design. especially for the cost.
Love the door
This door looks perfect on my Victorian home. I painted it to match my house. It’s sturdy and well made! It comes with the screen insert but you can also purchase the storm insert. Love it??
Great screen door for my older home.
The screen door we were replacing needed to be an inch shorter we cut it to fit! Beautiful screen door and style as she had on her vintage home.
It took four try’s to an in broken door in.
It is perfect!
I really like the door but it had several dents in the door . The trim at the bottom of the door was coming away from the door . Poor glue job. Large chip of of the wood out of the door

Love! It arrived with a chunk out of the bottom corner. We opted to repair it with wood filler. Looks fabulous.
Beutiful. I left it natural and used Spar Marine Varnish on it. Had pine custom shutters made to match. Just what my beach cottage needed.
An excellent alternative to a custom door. I'll need to make slight cuts to fit the door frame, but well worth it at 1/3 of the cost of custom. Beautiful design and very well made.
The doors are lovely. UNfortunately, one arrived damaged and had to be replaced. I am concerned that the construction of the door, with its large screened oval, will end up with someone poking an arm or elbow through the screen and requiring a replacement of the screen (not sure how to prevent this, and am considering putting a bar across the back of the door, which will unfortunately alter the look.
