Cools well, works well

It seems to be working fine and cools well

This unit is mediocre at best it doesn’t cool a small bedroom well also I after two weeks the remote stopped working I even replaced it at my cost and still not working. It’s a good looking unit easy to setup but fall short nice looking unit

Water beware!

It is very important that you make sure that before you leave your home after installing and turning it on and for a 2 to 3 hour operation that you don't have water leaking out the bottom now mind you in order for you not to get that fish smell or that mold smell We're gonna have to run a hose from the back, dehumidifier port and run it outside the window and which your heat vent is going out of. I came home and found water all over my hardwood floors and after being at work for eight hours, my hardwood Laminate flooring was ruined. It cools great it does what it's supposed to do however, it leaks so bad just due to condensation. I did not want a window unit but now I don't trust the standup ones so I have to buy a window unit way to Go Honeywell.

This portable air conditioner works great! I can honestly say that it works better than my swamp cooler.

I Got A Dud

DOA. Easy set up. It ran about a minute, clicked a couple of times like a relay closing. Then an alarm began to sound and I turned it of. Checked everything and restarted. Same result.

This arrived in excellent condition & was easy to assemble. The function controls should be easier to understand.

will be returning it as soon as I have time. I had the exact same model and it was fine. This one the window sleeve is redesigned and doesnt fit nearly as well and I had to use extra insulation under which will get too much mositure. The compressor is either faulty or this new model is dumb. Its so loud when it kicks on it can disturb sleep. Hofully I just got a dud because it was a nice little ac. It stilll blows well and has good functions...just super loud

I bought this unit for my bedroom. My room does not require 9100 BTU but it was on sale so I just bought it. It cools down my room pretty quick, even on low speed. The installation is super easy and quick. The delivery was two days after ordering. The noise level is moderate.

No A/C

The A/C isn't working on the unit. It isn't blowing any cold air. I'm so mad. I'm an older person who had to carry up a stair case. Now, I got to get it back down to stairs and in my vehicle to return it to the store. I wouldn't recommend this A/C unit to anyone.

Horrible AC unit.

Doesn’t cool past 72 degrees. It’s noisy, poor cooling and very energy inefficient, drastically raises your electric bill. Stay away from this unit.
