Beautiful but the drain is fragile
I have used the tub a total of 4x and the pop up drain is already broken. It being in the center is aesthetically pleasant but not a functional design. What are the next steps to get this fixed? Where can I find parts? Is it covered under my warranty?
Terrible drain tub material is nice tho
Love the tub but a pop up center drain is terrible design flaw. Many many reviews out there say the same thing. If you accidentally slide onto drain while soaking it will drain your water out and our drain has popped right out completely and will not got back together. Tub materials seem good just bad spot for a drain operating by downward pressure
Wonderfull tub
This tub was installed in my house on New Year's Eve 2013 and I have used it almost every night I am home and absolutely love it. It still looks brand new and the matte finish is very elegant. Cannot recommend more highly!
