Great features and lasts many years
pleased with unit had one for 45 years just needed replaced. purchased same unit and hoping to get another 45 years out of it.
Installed 2 weeks ago. Looks good & works but is noisy. I ordered the 110 vs the 80, which is in my other bathroom, much more quiet compared to the 110.
GREAT ITEM JUST DEFECTIVE WHEN RECEIVED..
Obviously made to accommodate new construction. Hard to retrofit into the ceiling on an existing bathroom. Description does not mention that it includes a light. We expected that this unit would have only the exhaust fan and a heater, not also a ceiling light. It’ll work, just took a bit of extra effort in alignment into the allotted space.

I bought this to replace an older NuTone unit. Unfortunately, there was NOTHING made on the earth that fit the old specs. This was closest, so I bought it, even though I was going to be charge $500 to install (in required cutting the wood frame in the ceiling) I left it in the sealed box for several months waiting for the contractor to show. He fit it in, but when he went looking for the light, it turns out the light wasn't even in the box! Too late to return it. Grrr.....
