two have arrived broken

Love the design and will keep ordering them but so far, two have arrived with major cracks and had to be returned. Either they're not that sturdy or the packaging isn't designed well enough for shipping.

NEVER received sink, refund refuused

This has been a nightmare shopping experience with this sink. Purchased this sink along with the pedestal stand. Stand arrived, sink never arrived. Spoke to customer service for 2 hours on the phone, was informed that a refund will only be given once the sink arrives and is returned to a store. Went in to Lowes to speak w/customer service, no refund given as I have no sink to return. It has now been 2 months and still no sink, yet my order states item was shipped and is in transit. Absolutely ridiculous.

This sink is beautiful. It was very important for me that the dimensions were accurate. I have a tiny bathroom so no room for error. I am very happy with my purchase.

Arrived broken, build.com replaced it quickly. Sink has nice lines, good finish, just enough top surface to be useful

Nice look and superior functionality

Bowl nicely shaped. Surrounding deck nicely sized to hold applicable toiletries during use. I prefer to remove toiletries after use for an uncluttered look and an easy opportunity to wipe the deck clean. Much better for lack of seam than a two piece installation of lave and counter.

Poor Packaging

The item was in pieces. I didn’t even have to open the box to know it was shattered. It was the second order for the same product. I had ordered the sink top and base previously the top in that order also was shattered when I opened the box, thus the reason for a replacement order. I’m afraid to order anything fragile from Lowes now.

Sleek and beautiful!

I wasn’t sure when I decided on this as to how it will look in a small bathroom but I am so pleased with it. I wanted a vintage looking sink console that wasn’t the typical pedestal like or vanity and was unique as I’ve not seen it many homes. I would repurchase again. I had to buy the sink basin separately as you can choose the different sink style to pair it with this. The look I chose is simple yet elegant. Also I love that it has a towel rack built it as I didn’t want to drill another hole in the wall for a hand towel. This worked out. Overall very pleased! It came out beautifully.

Great looking sink. Good for small bathrooms.

Perfect size for a small bathroom. It has a certain charm for a modern look. Leaves the bathroom looking spacious when paired with the console table legs. The first delivery however came broken, but customer service was helpful and replaced right away. Second one came in good order and on time to complete bathroom renovation.

Love This Sink

This is a beautiful sink for our new powder room. It has not yet been installed, but it will be so pretty with the brushed nickel base. We are very happy with the customer service received from build.com.

Really nice sink. Much cheaper that at big box stores. Shipping was not great. Shipped to the post office. Too heavy and big for them to deliver. Should never have gone there.

It was too big for our space. I just did not realize the overall size. Looked nice.

Love this sink. I like that there is enough space on it to put the soap dish. Has a nice depth to it too.
