KCV-121-1200ORB Sink and faucet

It is a beautiful product and I will recommend it. However, the sink is higher than expected. That is my problem. The dimensions they give are correct but I just didn't take into account how high that would be above the counter. Just be sure when you are planning that you realize how high it may be potentially in your design. The other thing is that I am having to have the pop-up drain replaced because it won't lockdown. They are replacing it quickly and dealing with the service rep was very pleasant. When talking with the rep, he made it sound like this has been a persistent problem.

Beautiful/High quality

These sinks and faucets are beautiful! The quality is also great and they are heavy and built well. I purchased two sets for my master bathroom and am very pleased with my purchase. I also purchased additional items from this brand after receiving my 1st item.

I like the sink and faucet but I would recommend one additional piece of hardware. When attaching the sink to the vanity surface there is nothing to hold it in place. An additional nut to be placed on the drain pipe to secure the sink assembly to the underside of the vanity top would be helpful.

I ordered this online after looking at a lot of different sinks for my bathroom renovation. I was nervous about ordering this sight unseen but was very pleased when I picked it up and opened the box. Looks great and my contractor didn't have any issues installing it. Only complaint is having to quickly wipe up any water to keep the satin nickel faucet clean and avoid spots but it's not a big deal. Would recommend.

defective

I loved the looks of this sink, but the one I got was defective. On the left side is a dip about the size of a saucer in which water pools. I thought it was because my contractor failed to level it, but even after it was leveled, the water still pools. You can't see the dip from above, but if you put a straight edge on it, the concave spot is obvious. As this is in a guest bath, we didn't know there was a problem until we saw mineral deposits. When that was removed, an iridescent shadow remained showing the outlines of the dip. Now there is nothing to do but replace it at my own expense, given how long it took my contractor to get to the root of the problem.

Very, very attractive pairing of sink and faucet - nicer than I expected for the price

This sink and faucet are a beautiful combination, and look high end, especially the faucet. I was very, very pleased when we received them. The only thing I don't like, is that I wish the sink were just a bit deeper, as it is easy to splash outside of the sink when in use, as it is rather shallow. We bought this for a powder room though, and it is fine for hand washing - it's not getting the heavy use of the bathroom sinks. The faucet is really beautiful, and looks better in person than on the photos. I was looking at similar styled faucets on line and in home stores, and they were very, very expensive. Overall, I am really happy with this purchase, and urge anyone on the fence to make the purchase, I think you will be happy too! The sink is also a nice size for a smallish room. It is smaller than most of the other sinks I looked at, but doesn't look dinky or out of scale. The install instructions are not the best, but installing a sink isn't rocket science, so you will figure it out like we did. I would totally make this purchase again, and am very happy with the value, the appearance, and the function

Nice Sink, terrible drain instructions, might have had a chip

I like the elegant look of this sink......but after I installed it on my countertop I noticed a small chip that look like it had been repaired on the left side......looks like it may have been returned, repaired, and then sold to me as new. That being said I'm not 100% sure. Other than that the sink looks great but took several times putting together, leaking and taking apart because the directions from Kraus are so poor. If they spent have the space telling you how to put the drain together rather than how great a company they are it would be great.
