The sink is well made but there is no mention that it requires a special mounting bracket that is only made by 2 manufacturers and not the sink manufacturer.

Only 4 stars because it was a huge pain to figure out which hanger to use to mount the sink. Even called American Standard, and they directed me to call another company... and 4 more calls later, I figured it out: Watts CA-411/CA-411-WC. Aside from that challenge, I was very happy with the purchase... it was exactly what my husband wanted for a wheelchair accessible bathroom. My contractor will be installing it this week.

Needs specialty wall mount

great sink ---BUT....you need the heavy duty in wall mounting hardware - that is not clear and took some time to locate (not available on build.com). So much more $$$$ than the sink!!

There were no instructions and I was not aware that a concealed support was required. The support required opening up the drywall again. Your store did not offer the support and I would have to go to another company to purchase a very expensive support. I am returning the sink. I hope that I have no problem doing that with your store.
