nice features

This toilet has a lot of great features for the price. It does have some nice features and I like that I can customize water and seat temperature but wish the bidet was more powerful.

compared to the 150

purchased the DV 150 and also a DV 160, I actually like this 160 better, like the remote better, came with better install parts, the toilets are very similar, product support was one day responsive, the 160 you tap the side of the tank, the 150 has a kick button with a very irritating, pulsating blue night light I need to figure out how to delete

don't buy

just 3 weeks after installing, the bidet nozzle started to leak water constantly. currently just shut off the water supply to it. no customer service, they list their phone number, which has an answering machine pointing you to email or chat. Chat states no staff and points you to email. When finally responded after 24 hr to request video from different angles. Why do you need the VIDEO? it is leaking constantly, okay? how will it help you resolve the issue other than delay resolution so I can't return it to Lowes after 90 days. unacceptable for the price the charge for this!

Love this new toilet! Only issue was it was IMPOSSIBLE to get service from DeerValley. Needed the install instructions in SPANISH. Not included in the box, sadly. Was very hard to get.

Very Disappointed

I bought this toilet with high hopes but never was able to install it as the main toilet hose was too long and when forced inside the toilet casing it bent in 4 places. It's not a standard hose so locally no store had a shorter hose. Great looking toilet, great idea but I will never know how good it really functions as I am returning it tomorrow.

It is unbelievable that you just seat there and everything is taken cared off. Very convenient, classy, hygienic, and you know what? I am planning on buying two more for the other bathrooms!

shipper cancelled product and no notice provided

shipper cancelled the day after the order placed. I received no notice from shipper, lowes or FEDEX. Obviously if they can't ship accurately or at least notify customers... I would worry about other problems with this company.

The toilet won’t flush! The plumber spent hours troubleshooting and it still didn’t work. The installation of a defective toilet is costing me more than the actual cost of the toilet. Waiting for the manufacturer to get back to me on how to troubleshoot now.

Broke and Deer Valley Customer Service a Joke

Our product arrived from Lowes on time in an undamaged box no issues with Lowes they did their job. However once installed our bidet wand did not extend. Contacted Deer Valley Customer Service and gave a detailed description of what was going on then at their request send a video of the issue. They just keep wanting more and more when the problem is pretty easy just looking for a solution. They have petty request and can not seem to respond more that once a day and it is always in the middle of the night. They really need to up their game and take care of the customer!

I am a proud owner of this one best toilets every I love it, I will recommend to everyone who looking for something unique, this is the one.

Plumber found it easy to install and if I wasn’t disabled from a car accident I probably could have easily done it myself. Works great and as described. Very strait forward from the remote.

Defective Product Features Do Not Work

The Deervalley customer service does not stand behind their warranty. The auto seat close/open feature, night light and UV light does not work as advertised or does not exist for the premium model. Customer service phone and chat are not monitored (likely a sham). After numerous emails, customer service identified a faulty seat but would not provide repair parts or replacement.

Had to reorder since this got damaged during shipping. Lowe's arranged for a free pickup for the broken item.

Total false advertising! I wanted a bidet, and what I got was a $400 smart toilet. The fact that you list this as a bidet is very misleading. It was delivered and installed before I realized your deception. I will be contacting Home Depot and the Better Business Bureau about your misleading description.

Great toilet, but a bit tough to install

Like the other review said. It could’ve used longer screws for mounting. I found my wax ring to be too thick, I had to swap it for a thinner ring because there is no way you can bolt this down like a regular toilet. I originally tried attaching the side mount screws first, and then using a ratchet, but there was barely any space for my arm. Great toilet though, -1 star for a harder install.

Love it

Installed about a month ago now and have no issues with it. Always wanted an All In One toilet, and this has it all. Definitely worth the investment and modernized the look of my bathroom.
