Don’t use Lowe’s to special order

I did not receive the correct parts. Lowe’s fulfillment sent a grey Kohler tank that was not compatible with this, nor similar in cost. I have been waiting for two weeks since returning the item for the issue to be resolved. I have tried in store and calling, and to no avail. Paying this much for a toilet is not worth the time and effort that Lowe’s will put you through. I have spent hours attempting to resolve this. I have NOT been compensated at all either. Do not, I repeat, do not order this or anything else from Lowe’s.

Works great, parts work together and so takes away any guesswork. This is standard height for those that don't like the tall ones.

Poor craftsmanship

What you can't see from the photos is that the underside of the toilet bowl (where the tank sits on top of), and the back of the toilet tank lid, are unglazed ceramic, which means it's going to be nearly impossible to clean. This is poor craftsmanship, they've cut corners where even cheaper brands do not. Disappointing.

High quality washlet toilet combo from Toto

Another high quality washlet toilet combo from Toto. Remote can be mounted on the wall and snaps into place with a magnet. Can be removed so children do not play with the toilet or accidentally get sprayed by pushing buttons. Highly recommend. This is the third one we have purchased in the last 3 years.

Everything came nicely packaged. Install was easy and is hands down the nicest toilet we’ve ever had. Love the different features, especially the warm water and seat and pressure options. My wife has UC and this was huge for her.

Can't live without this toilet!

Had a Toto Bidet toilet for a couple years. Oh my, I so loved it. We sold that house and moved into a new one without my Toto. Will be installing a new one here. It's an incredible luxury to have. Buy it, you'll be hooked!

Expensive to get a GFCI then the TOTO toilet w/ C5

First time buying a bidet so went all in with a TOTO toilet with C5 washlet. It works less TP use the heated seat is nice!!! Expensive to get a GFCI then the TOTO toilet w/ C5 $850 plus $350 for electrical work then another $100 in mis parts.

Toilet broken during shipment, 2X

We ordered this Toto toilet with washlet+ twice already and they both arrived at the store with the toilet bowl broken. The box that the toilet bowl was in did not have any foam to protect it from shipping and handling. The bigger box that was used to ship it did not have enough foam as well for protection. Since Lowe’s gave us store credit for refund, I just ordered another one for the 3rd time and hoping for the best. Fingers and toes crossed!
