Exactly what I nededed!

This Starfrit Little Beaver Can Opener is so easy to use! I have arthritis in both of my hands, and cannot use the basic can openers, but this one makes it so easy! Plus, it doesn't leave cutting edges like most do! And it's just the right size for my tiny little hands. Perfect!!!

The can opener works very well. I recommend it to anyone who is interested in a well designed kitchen tool that is fairly easy to use.

We don’t like it at all. It cuts through on the outside so the strength and integrity of the tin is lost. Liquid contents drip out and you can compress the tin easily.

The Only Opener to BUY!

Have purchased 4 other openers 2 lasted thru opening 2 cans then handle would rotate on shaft the other 2 rotated on shaft on first can. This opener was the least expensive and the only one that works.

I had to replace like new old one, because one of my nephews dropped it on the floor broke the handle. I did like this style allot because the one I tried before did not work that well or mess up the cut on can had to get one old regulator can opener try open it. but this style seems to well 89% time. But some cans are made with rounded one side bottom so you only get one side that this style can open the can or if the can dented on the top lip or lips, it would not work to open cans. So as good as it is there is limit what it can open. You have to make sure you do not get rounded bottom can make sure there is no dent on the top. This cuts off the lid just under the rim lip, mounts the rim lip to hold on to the can to cut.

Preferred product.

No sharp edges after opening! My wife prefers them. All can openers wear out, but these are worth replacing with another Starfrit, when they do.
