Very disappointing

I’m chose this seat because it was light weight and easy to move. I’m very disappointed in just how slippery and dangerous the seat is when wet. As others have stated it does collect water. Not happy with this purchase and will likely be replacing it soon

Top sperated

This item is made in two pieces, it came apart after the second week and I only weigh 145lb, the top completely removes. Now it fills with water and pinches your legs if you sit on it. We will be returning it.

Seat is very solid and cleanable. Ours showed up with the top loose because the glue had failed. Overstock and Kohler are standing behind the product and a replacement is on the way! It was a very easy process.

I worried that this might slip around in the shower but no way! Extremely sturdy and does not slip. Also is beautiful and looks like a custom built in!

Comfortable and Sturdy, but . . .

As I said in my title, this shower seat is comfortable with an ergonomic seat curve and it is sturdy, however I found that after only a few uses it was taking on water. I have to remove it from my shower sometimes and noticed it was leaking water on the bathroom floor coming from the base of the legs.

Would have liked it better if it was a couple inches taller for a handicapped person. Otherwise it’s a wonderful bench.

Everything about this makes it the perfect shower bench- texture, weight, height, style. No cracks and crevices to collect soap scum or turn moldy.

Functional, safe, and beautiful

This sleek and beautifully designed stool offers seating for my shower, a place to step up and shave my legs, and looks classy. I am not a fan of teak or wood seats so this truly fit the bill. It is very solid and skid proof with rubber stoppers on the underside of the legs.

Perfection!

Very well made, sturdy, and comfortable. Easy to move with integrated side handles. No slip, no budge bottom to reduce the risk of falls. Very extremely slow delivery, but that seems to be the norm these days with supply issues. I will admit, it was well worth the wait!

SLIPPERY when WET!!

I love the look - it’s solid, sturdy, and sleek, but it is SLIPPERY WHEN WET!! It’s a shower seat! What was the manufacturer thinking??

Bought a shower kit for my elderly parents and the only one available did not have a seat. I ordered this one and it is very solid and stable. Works well!

Sturdy and safe

I love this stool. I wanted something that didn't look like medical equipment in our shower. It has a textured surface on top that reduces slipping off when seated. Both my husband and I are heavy and this stool is sturdy for us. It is weighted and has non slip pads on the feet which make secure when rising from sitting. Buy it! You won't regret it!

Love this shower seat!! Cleaning it is so easy and it's very sturdy and comfortable to sit on. I put a towel down for additional cushion and because sometimes the seat does get slippery when soap gets on it. It's the perfect height for placement of your leg for shaving. Or to just sit on it and let the hot water relax you after a long day. It was a great purchase.
