Not As Pictured

I was so excited to get this and I spent a long time putting it together and was so disappointed when the "braces" at the bottom were NOTHING like what is pictured! The braces do not hold the gate up at all and look nothing like the picture. I can't even use it!! Do not post pictures of something that is not what you are selling!

Great gate

Easy to assemble, easy to move, many configurations

Perfect gate!

This gate is exactly what is says! It’s perfect! It does its job while looking nice. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a gate to block off a room or area inside their home.

Very well built.

Love that this is stable without being attached to our walls. We only need short term while we are training our puppy. This helps us separate her from my office while we are getting through the chewing stage.

Looks nice..for a fence in the house

While it looks pretty good, it is not that well balanced. Our puppy is very small but he can still push or pull the ends away from the wall and escape. The screws for the gate latch were missing, had to buy new ones...faster than complaining online & waiting for a delivery. The anchors/feet attached for balance are not level...the holes & notches for screwing together do not match up. It is very wobbly when opened full width.

Poor quality great service

The gate is wobbly and the screws (from pre-assembly) were not all secured. Then in less than a month the door just came off. I reached out to Chewy via chat and I was graciously assisted by Andres who helped to resolve my issue with a return and refund. As the review title state, it was poor quality albeit great customer service.

Isn’t sturdy even for a 7lb dog

The feet set with the gate are not what was pictured in the picture. The gate is easily knocked down even when against a wall on either side to support it.

Nice gate

The gate was just what I needed. My GSD was jumping over a shorter gate. The door makes it easy to use. I like the way the latch works. I had no problem with installing the latch. I do have to agree with other comments about the feet. It was a struggle to put them together. And they make it difficult to fold the gate to move it. The feet found on their gate without a door would be much simpler to use.

I like it, but the only thing I don't like is that you can't fold it up and put it away when you're done with it. I recommend if that doesn't bother you.

Nightmare to put together

The thing you order and you hope if you have to put things together the holes will be drilled well and match and line up. And then they don’t and all hope is gone. That is this gate. The holes are not drilled well and of course they don’t line up. I made it work because sending it back would be more of a nightmare. I had really high hopes. I would keep searching if you are thinking of buying this.

Not Happy

I specifically ordered these gates because I needed to be able to block off rooms, meaning that I needed to be able to move the gates. Unfortunately, the product that I received had different legs that makes folding the gate and moving it extremely difficult. I would have returned both gates but they were already put together and I decided to just keep them.

Excellent gate way sorry we didn't get it before, it maintains our dogs in our front room where they can't get out.

Disappointed

The support brackets do not fit on this gate and because of this i am hesitant to use it.

Have to return. Doesn’t fit opening.

This item was perfect for the opening we needed to close off. It is attractive and sets up in minutes. I would recommend it.
