It is not like the one I ordered. I haven't washed it as not sure if I want to keep it. There is no tag that says who made it like the other ones I have gotten. This one is poorly made compared to the 3 other ones I have. Will wait to hear your response and then decide if I'll keep it.

The comforter shipped does not have a wide hem as shown and does not have the diamond pattern. About the only thing that is the same as the item described is that it is a down alternative white comforter. Much more basic than the photo. Wanted to return ship rather than go to a store that hardly has any personnel, and THEY CHARGE $9.99 RETURN SHIPPING FOR SENDING A WRONG ITEM!!!!!! Other reviewers have had same experience, and this is STILL NOT RESOLVED. NOT SHOPPING AT MACY'S ANYMORE.

Product confusion
This product was a total disappointment, it did not look like the photo on your website. I brought it back to Macy’s and the salesperson couldn’t help me. She called a manager that never showed up as she/he was busy. I opted for a return.

This is thin but I run so hot that this is exactly what I wanted.
Not what I ordered
I finally got my shipment from Macy’s and it was not the comforter I ordered. It had the correct UPC code, but was definitely NOT the comforter pictured. I feel it was a lesser quality comforter they tried to substitute. Obviously I returned it.

Buyer Beware!
I was so excited to receive the Hotel Laundry comforter. It came by mail in a better-than normal time. However, when I saw the package I was not pleased. It was so small! It looked like half of what I expected from the picture. In fact, I returned it to a Lowes store today. The return was quick and easy. It helped renew my faith in ordering online. For the product, thumbs down.

This is a beautiful comforter, I am very happy. It is nice and big, not heavy and nice and warm. It looks good, and best of all it is washable. You will not be disappointed with this comforter. I have a queen bed and it covers the bed nicely. I would purchase this again if I had to. It the perfect weight.
