Don’t shop with Wayfair. If you need to return an item for any reason whatsoever, you will never see your money again. You will be better off to flush a few hundred down the toilet and call it a day. Wayfair owes me $156.63. They have owed this money to me since July 13, 2024. I am still waiting on this refund at the end of August 2024. They also owe me a store credit of $45. Their billing department is such a cluster, that they say I OWE THEM $110. I fear I will never see my money again. This has been the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay FAR AWAY from Wayfair! After being a loyal customer for EIGHT YEARS, Wayfair has no ability to treat me fairly.

I have always wanted a bedskirt so I got this one on sale Fit my king size bed perfectly. Lightweight and hangs to within one inch of the floor.

I did not receive the product I ordered. I ordered one style of bed skirt %26 received a completely different one. I returned it the day I received it %26 ordered one somewhere else.

2 positive things I have to say. It arrived quickly and the fabric of the actual skirt part IS soft and microfiber. Other than that, forget it. If I wouldn't have to spend additional money, I'd return it. It's cheaply made, the Grey is definitely not the color Grey they show. It is the type of skirt you have to lift your whole mattress off to put on. The part that lays under the mattress connecting to the skirt is made out of some kind of shredded paper junk that rips so easily, you could breathe wrong or cough and put a hole in it. Definitely false advertisement. Not hotel quality in the slightest. Do not buy and waste your money.

Ruffled bed skirt fiasco

I already have one of these ruffled bed skirts from Martex that I purchased at Walmart and I like it very much. I think I probably also would have like this twin size ruffled bed skirt that I ordered from Walmart if that is what I had received. I did not receive the Martex 16” ruffled bed skirt that I ordered. The Martex bed skirt that I ordered was NOT the wrap around kind. What I received was a 15” wrap around ruffled bed skirt that was not the Martex brand and too short. I returned the incorrect item to Walmart and received a refund for the price of the bed skirt, but not the shipping cost that I was charged. Walmart said I did not get a refund of the shipping cost because the bed skirt came from a third party vendor. I think this is a bad policy!!! It is not my fault that the third party shipped the incorrect item. Either the third party or Walmart should refund my shipping charges because the mistake was theirs. Walmart should be aware that this has happened with that third party seller. I will not order again from a third party seller through Walmart. Also, my order contained a bed frame that came from Walmart. I am very pleased with that item. I chose to order that item from Walmart because I could also order the 16” dust ruffle from their website. I could also have ordered the bed frame from Amazon at the same price and that is what I will do in the future. I have ordered before from Amazon and occasionally have had to return an item. I have always been pleased with the return process through Amazon; unlike the Walmart return process.
