I bought this sink in the middle of our remodel and had it waiting until we were ready. I was so excited because it was absolutely beautiful when it came in. We got it installed the week of Thanksgiving and by Christmas there was no shine or "clean" look to it in the bottom or on the sides. I have bought so many different granite cleaners, tried everything on Pinterest and cannot get this sink back to it's former glory and shine. Very disappointed for something that I was so excited about.

I ordered this sink online to be delivered to my home because the nearest stores do not carry it in stock. It arrived quickly and, as with any expensive product delivered direct, I immediately inspected it. Having a quite nice matte black finish, it was difficult for me to see the multitude of hairline fractures in the edges near the inside corners until it was too late. I had my plumber come out to install it (the install was simple enough, but I prefer having an insured professional handle something which might cause damage to my home if done improperly). After removing my original sink, he noticed the cracks and asked what I wanted to do. Of course I wanted to return it at which point he said he would charge me extra to put the original sink back and to remove it again for the (hopefully successful) install. I told him I'd do without a kitchen sink until ANOTHER new one arrived and install it later. Either way, I was out one kitchen sink and $150 for his time and removal of the original.
