They even include the jab saw to cut the holes!

This kit includes everything you need to get a smooth professional look for your home theater system. Looks great on the wall and all of the wires are completely hidden. All of the parts fit the templates perfectly and anyone can do it!

Pretty good, room for easy improvements

I have 3 Crutchfield HMDI high-quality cables, 1 audio optical cable and 1 USB cable to feed through the lower (not soundbar) receptacle. I could barely get the 3 HDMIs through, the optical was the 4th through, and the USB I needed pliers to grab on and pull. I think 4 Crutchfield/high quality HDMIs would not have worked. Of course you don't know until you try passing them through. A 50% larger box would not be a big stretch. I didn't have a need for the soundbar unit and even if I did use it, I'd only pass the optical cable. I also bought a Sanus Classic MLF13 thinking they'd nicely pair up, well, kind of like the difference between "Paternal" and "Maternal" twins - expected they'd be "Maternal". It's a good think I put the In-Wall Power unit in first - had I mounted the wall bracket it would have been impossible. The wall mount bracket doesn't provide 100%, unfettered access to the In-Wall Power unit. - the In-Wall MUST be installed first. Plus, the wall bracket frame sits on the In-Wall Power Unit faceplate flange - I think having the opening in the Wall Bracket to completely accommodate without touching and allowing installation of the In-Wll Power unit would be a tad better to provide better contact of the Wall Bracket to sheet rock. Overall, call these nits. Fortunately I only needed 3 HDMI cable.

Hiding A/V wiring.

The item was just what I need for my Sonos system to install it on the wall and plug it in and not show any wires. Love this in- wall system it save me time from running additional wiring for the tv, sound bar and other electronics.

Excellent device

Does exactly what we want - hiding the tv power cords

Excellent install, highly recommend

This kit couldn't be easier to install. While I don't believe the drywall saw is absolutely necessary (I used my Milwaukee M12 Oscillating Multi-Tool for cleaner cuts and less mess), it's good for some end users who don't have their own set of tools.

Well Practiced Installer Yoga Required

This is a great concept that works just as well. I love the ability to hide all of my cables which makes for a clean professional install. The only reason I am knocking off a star is installation. It is almost impossible to get heavy-duty high-end bulky cables through the bottom plate. I purchased the AudioQuest Cinnamon 48 and was only able to get it through after completely disassembling the Power Kit. If you needed more than one cable it is going to get really tight. Of course a well practiced Installer Yoga position squeezed in-between your console and wall with one leg in the air and both arms extended pulling and working the cable with sweat starting to drip off the tip of your nose is essential for success... Highly Recommended with well practiced Installer Yoga.
