Purchased this as a set with sofa, loveseat, with chair and ottoman. It is beautiful and the quality is very good. When it was delivered, there were some wrinkles in the back of the chair. The delivery person immediately sent in an order, we were contacted by customer service and the set was replaced. Absolutely the best customer service.

Nice, very large chair. Comfortable. Nicely made, height of arms is perfect. Very strong blue undertones to this gray. Not apparent in pictures online, they appear to have no blue undertones what so ever.
