I puchased two of these sinks for two seperate projects with the template missing in one of the boxes. Since I needed both templates, I contacted Ruvati support and they lied to me saying a template for that sink did not exist and the contractor would simply have to measure the actual sink for dimensions.

If you’ve seen different sinks for this purpose new out of the box, and then you see this, you’ll see why this costs more. Everything about says quality. It also isn’t extra deep underneath like the Kohler Caxton, so it can fit into tighter spaces where the plumbing in the back or the inner counter gave in the front can be a constraint. It is cloth bagged with a drawstring, with clips fasteners and instructions. Cheap sinks dont’t always have clips. It is boxed securely. Then inserted into a second box with styrofoam in between. So bottom-line is it’s double-boxed to prevent stress and cracks. That means no delays in your project. Went in smoothly. Plumber and client happy.

These worked out great. Easy for our fabricator to install. Looking forward to using them when bathroom remodel finished.

It looks really good, I like the product. Shipping was the only issue, I only got one of the two I ordered initially. But the issue was rectified.

Perfect small size

We bought these for the smaller countertops in a jack and Jill bathroom. They are the perfect size for a small space and no imperfections at all in the porcelain.

Nice sink, especially considering the price point. Installed four of them and they look and work great. Three of the four sinks have the issue another reviewer mentioned where a tiny amount of water pools at the back of the drain closure; however, I consider this to be a very minor item. I believe there is a small variation in the grinding of the undermount faying surface which can lead to the sink being ever so slightly tilted back. Again, very minor. I am very happy with the product.
