Small toggle hooks are perfect for decorating.

I love these toggle wire hooks by Command! I mostly use them for seasonal decorations around the house. They are just the right size to hold the wire in most garlands and strands of lights. I use them on my mantle, shelf edges and on the vinyl siding on the covered porch. The hooks are removed easily and so far the surfaces have been left intact.

12 hooks did not hold 1%23 item

We prepared the matte painted wall as recommended (wiped with alcohol), applied pressure for a bit longer than recommended, waited a few hours, hung a light-medium weight garland and half the hooks fell off. To give due credit, the other hooks did no damage when we removed them. We used 12 hooks for 9 feet and still a total waste of time and money.

It just doesn't work

Bought this to hold a light banner. Used 4 hooks. Within 30 mins one came down. Then within a few hours another one came down. There was litterally no stick on any of them. Considering the amount of money I spent on these and the supposed 3M brand I expected way better. Then again it's target. I'm switching to gorilla.
