This was purchased to replace my doorbell that was the original from the builder. The old doorbell transformer was only able to output 3-5 volts when 10-15 volts are required for the Ring doorbell it was connected to. The new transformer output is 15 volts and the Ring doorbell stays connected to our WiFi now. Relatively easy to install and wire. My only complaint is with the cover it’s not able to lock on the base as the wall side nubs are too far up the inside of the cover, I will use a couple of shims to extend the base out from the wall about 1/16” and it should make the cover lock on

It works but its not very well made. The first one I ordered arrived with the "gong" bar broken....
It works but its not very well made. The first one I ordered arrived with the "gong" bar broken. The second one had the "gong" bar loose but I was able to attach it. I don't think it says much for their quality control.
