Cheap quality
It was very easy to install
Does not fit one-piece toilet from 1980's
Got bad advice from telephone rep who said this was the best replacement seat for my Kohler one-piece. It does not fit and cannot be adapted.
Needs better quality attachments
I purchased two of these. Installed one in the master bathroom first and my husband hated it. The seat has an angle to it, almost like a bowl, gradually sloping toward the interior of the toilet. I didnt mind it so i moved it to the guest bathroom and decided to return the second unused seat for an American Standard which does not have the same slope; its a flat seat. When moving the original seat to the guest bathroom, a hinge broke during installation. It was thin, poor quality plastic.

We're very pleased with this purchase. For a simple white toilet seat, it's really elegant. We plan to buy a second one.
Nice looking toilet seat with a soft close
This is a great seat. Bought one a couple years ago on A, and wanted one for another toilet. Now it's hard to get, Walmart was the only place i found this specific model. I ordered one for mid 30s when it said 1 left (and that was about what we paid for the first one). Now it's available again and says there are 4 left. however the price is in the high 40s, so it made quite a leap.

Very easy to replace your current seat with this one....
Very easy to replace your current seat with this one. The primary advantage of this is the gentle (quiet) closing of the seat and the lid...just start them into the closed position and the seat quietly finishes the job.
