The sub-plate doesn't sit inside of the main plate, so when they clip together they're really thick and don't sit flush with the light switches or outlets.

We love these switch covers. The material quality was good and the installation was easy and straightforward. They look way better than the cheaper switch covers with the screws showing. The white color makes also them versatile and fit well with almost any wall colors. I can see them being popular in store as long as the price is not too expensive.

This kit includes four 3-gang white wall plates systems. Each wall plate system consists of a subplate and a snap-on top plate. The subplate has three pairs of mounting screws that thread directly into rectangular outlets or switches or USB outlets. The top plate has 8 snap on tabs that effectively secures it to the subplate and provides a clean face with no visible hardware or screw heads. It makes cleaning easy and allows for easy replacement and/or customization of the the visible wall plate.

Very easy install and an elegant look. Not having screws really makes it look clean and also makes cleaning easy. A simple phillips screw driver is all you need to install them. The hole where the normal plate would screw into is used to secure the backing plate. With this 3 gang you need to ensure all 3 of your switches are appropriately set or else the plate will not screw on. There is little forgiveness. Then you pop the top plate onto the back plate. Sturdy and bright white. The only drawback I have found is the size is standard, not oversized. So if you need a larger one to cover up imperfections this will expose them. A nice upgrade to an already upgraded Decora switch/outlet

These switch and plug plates in the 3 hole or gang configuration are very good looking. Very sleek and modern. There are screws involved in their use, but they are cleverly hidden behind the smooth outer cover plate. So you don't just press them in place and that's it. You screw on the backerplate just like any switch plate and then press the sleek cover piece on top of that. If you're a fan of a modern look these are for you.

I have just installed the lutron casetta switches, flat panel Decora type, I removed the standard togle switches and replace them with these, These switch covers are easy to install and eliminate seeing the screws that hold the conventional covers in place, once the base plate is installed the outside cover just snaps into place around the 3 flat switches. Total time to change the cover was about 5 minutes.The covers are just a bit shorter all the way around than a standard cover, so one might have to paint the area around the cover so that the paint matches with the wall, beyond that these are really nice looking and finish out the electric switch change out beautifully.

I put this in my living room and stalls easy in 4 to 5 minutes I've had this for a week no problem so far the light almond went well with the paint in the room had plans to purchase more for other rooms a nice touch not seeing the mounting screws I know they have other colors to match different styles for your room. Sometimes such a small change can make a big difference in the look of a room

These wall plates was made of a durable plastic in a gloss finish. The plates came in two parts, the bottom plate was used to connect to the wall switch and outlet box. The second part was the top plate which snapped over top of the bottom plate creating a wall plate without visible screws.

Concealed screw wall plates provide a clean designer appearance when installed on switch boxes and outlets. This plate is a 3-gang version that will accommodate 3 decora-type devices - both switches and outlets - in any combination. The plates are also available in 1G and 2G configurations. To install simply remove and existing plate, separate the base from the front cover, install the base with the provided screws, and snap on the front cover. The face of this plate is glossy white. While the concept is good and the finish look can be slick and clean with concealed screw wall plates, this one misses the mark. The problem with this plate for me was its overall thickness and the sharp edges on the device cutouts. The resulting installation has the switches not being flush with the face of the plate when installed. Please look carefully at the pictures I have attached to this review and you will see what I mean. I have used similar plates from one of the large device manufacturers with perfect results. They address this problem by easing the edge of the cutouts which results in a much cleaner and finished appearance.

I ordered these in multiple gang configurations, as I have a lot of switches and outlets I need wall-plates for. I don't even bother with the standard switches and outlets that use the exposed screw wall-plates - everything I use now is the decora style. Everyone seems to like the upgrade, and while they might cost a bit more you might as well get something you are happy with. These are very nice poly carbonate wall-plates and they attach just like the name brand screw-less wall-plates do. There is a base which attaches to the outlet or switch with two small screws and then the finished cover snaps on to the base. Installation is literally a snap. Most people would not be able to tell these apart from the name brand screw-less wall plates. The corners on these wall-plates are just slightly more rounded than the other brands - something I picked up on right away. I do prefer the more rounded corners - although it is extremely subtle - my wife could not tell the difference even looking at the two wall-plates side by side. These are nice wall-plates, they compare favorably to the competition in terms of style, and function. So at the end of the day, it probably boils down to a matter of price.
