I have tried to reach the stare several times as three pieces 2 cups and 1 small plate were broken. How may I get these replaced

I purchased these dishes for a second home. I really, really like them a lot. They are simple but elegant. The fact that they’re white means that they will go with pretty much anything. Everything was well packaged and intact upon arrival. I would definitely recommend these.

I purchased the Gibson Oglala 30 pc. Ceramic dinnerware set. I open the packaging to find glazed over looked like sand and dimples in the plates. I did not like the quality of this product.

I bought this set because I was moving into a new house. This is the only set I own and has worked out so well.I did buy 6 more (pasta/salad bowls) to really have everything I need. The weight of each plate/bowl/cup is also good in my opinion. Not too heavy but not light. I see this lasting a long time in my kitchen. This is a really complete set for the price. Couldn’t be more pleased. I would rate this set a 4 only because I would have preferred the bowls to be a little bit bigger.
