The tub was damaged. Will be returning .
Damaged on Arrival
My new bathtub was damaged when we opened the box. No signs of damage to the box, so the manufacture boxed up and sold a damaged item knowingly. Very disappointing considering this is not kept on hand in stores. Home Depot had no other options than returning with the tub and "trying again."
Rub a dub in my new tub.
Just had it installed and plumbing hook up is scheduled soon. Looks good, sturdy and deeper than old tub. Can’t wait to try it out
Subpar Tub
Tub is decent for the money. However, it chips really easily and American Standard does a poor job packing it. They’d avoid a lot of returns by adding something as simple as packing foam around the edges of the tub. Overall, this tub gets the job done but I certainly wouldn’t buy it again. Customer service was good though.

Great tub
Perfect tub to take a soak !
Ordered December 1st 2021, kept getting delayed everyday and pushed. Finally was available for pickup now in mid January. Once I got tub outside I opened immediately to inspect and of course it had a huge chip on the front. Noticed very poor padding for a enameled steel tub, only one small piece of styrofoam on the top of the tub which serves no purpose the way they package it in the box. Returned tub immediately and will be looking for a different brand.
The non-slip surface and deeper profile is the best
Good price and just what I wanted, not a deep slant at the back of the tub.
The product arrived damaged, and was too big for my bathroom.
The tub came without any damage - hasn't been installed yet but was exactly like the description and the non-slip on the tub floor is low profile, exactly what we wanted.

Cant go wrong with this tub. Great shape, design and classic look. Seems much more sturdy than the molded plastic alternatives. Great price. Make sure you get the left / right hand drain correct as I had to return the first one!

description says 13 " soaker it is not. only 11 " to the middle of the overflow Build.com has been very helpful getting this tub returned... My tub was a right drain
