Great for price

Great for the price. Does not scratch or chip.

Arrived well-packaged/undamaged but a different ("coupe") style from the rimmed set of Max purchased a few years ago. I was hoping for an exact match. Serviceable set for my studio apartment.

Not Happy

I bought the 32 piece and the 16 piece sets. They were different, had different factory stamps on the bottom. Most noticeable was the depth of the dinner plates. They sent me 4 more plates, similar to the deeper ones with a third factory stamp, which left me with 8 shallow and 8 deep, instead of 12 similar. When I told them, they said I could BUY 4 more plates, which I'll have to do. I won't be doing business with Fitz and Floyd again.

Dot dishes

Love these dishes. They are pure white. A little heavier than expected but very nice.

poor quality - returned it

I bought 3 sets/boxes online so I would have service for 12. Was so disappointed as the design is gorgeous. A total of 41% of the dinnerware had a defect - uneven glaze (in bottom of bowls), black/brown marks under the glaze (which on plates looks horrible), or uneven finish on the bottom which will scratch my table. Was hoping to go to store and sort through boxes to make 12 place settings. Nearest store with availability was >1000 miles away! And I live in one of the top 10 largest cities in the USA!! I just returned everything. :-(

Very nice every day set. Came packaged very carefully, no breakage.

Clean and pretty

The size and feel of the dishes are perfect. Heavy and nice detail. The dishes are a bit not perfect when stacked on top of each other but perfection would have doubled the price.

The China is just what we wanted. Well packed, it arrived safely and on time

Not the best

Not the best quality for the price. I purchased the white beaded and about a third had at least 1 black dot on them which are very noticeable. Also many had imperfections in them which they sent anyway, they had small chips in some dishes but they were glazed over so i know they were sent that way it didn’t happen during shipping. Over all they are still nice but I could have probably found better quality for less.

Clean, simple white and quality. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great value

This collection is beautiful! The beading adds so much interest to the pieces and the color is a perfect off white. I am so pleased with my purchase!

Fitz and Floyd Dinnerware

Three of the dish plates had defects on them. I am wondering if they were seconds.

These dishes are very nice. Great for every day use and for a formal dinner party. I hope to use this set of dinnerware for many years to come.

The pieces in the set were just too heavy for me. Nice dishes though. And no hassle return.

Beautiful Beaded White Dishes

These dishes have held up well and look amazing! Yes they are heavy because they are good quality.

Extremely heavy!

They are beautiful. Arrived in perfect condition. However they are undoubtedly the heaviest dishes I’ve ever owned. Unfortunately when you buy online you have no way of knowing this. Too big of a hassle and cost to send back.

Beaded dishes

I am sorry to say, they are very heavy dishes. I have sent them back. I had to pay to ship them back. Beware! You pay the shipping costs! Won’t be ordering from here anymore. I would rather they send me a label and deduct the cost from my account. Live and learn.

Nice weight, classic design, perfect for everyday use at a very reasonable price. Nothing I don’t love about them.
