Bad hardware. Poor construction of door

The door is 32” wide BUT the door jam is 36” wide. Further, I was told the door mechanism was cut out—but it wasn’t and there was an additional charge by the carpenters to cut out the mechanism. There was a ding int he door that had to be repaired.

NOT solid core! Though the door is beautiful, I worry about sustainability. We will see.

Damage and not as advertised

This door arrived with damage on the lower corner and upper corners. The frustrating thing is that it appears they knew it was damaged and did a half-hearted job reparing it. Essentially it's a poorly refurbished product that was passed off as new.

BUYERS BEWARE : THIS IS A DOOR SLAB ONLY! BUY THE CHEAPER ONE AS THEY ARE THE SAME - IT HAS NO PRE-DRILLED BORE HOLE FOR THE DOORKNOB ETC AND NO PRE-ASSEMLBY FOR THE HINGES - Not Pre-hung Ready! Why did they need specification of "Left-hand" or Right-hand" if you are being sent a slab door?? Also, hinges are shipped seperately with the door jamb kit and will not be delivered for several more days..What a nightmare to return a 75lbs door!! Very disappointed!

The door is beautiful. It added so much to my kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality and the look of the product.

This is a door with a jam kit- NOT PREHUNG

This is a stand alone door with a door jam kit. Special tools required to drill the hole for the knob and the slots for the hinges. Change the description! This should not be sold as a pre hung door!

Home Depot has no idea what they are actually selling here. The door arrived without the jamb (apparently, it is being delivered 5 days later in a separate box). What was delivered was a slab door with NO HINGE MORTISING. So in addition to having to assemble the jamb, the customer is expected to mortise the hinges and hang the door. So much for PREHUNG. This would seem like false advertising to me.

Take extra time but worth the price

Assembly jamb is pretty easy for a remodeler. The door is well packed and glass looks of high quality. Overall it's a good option if you are looking for a premium glass door

The door was marketed as pre hung but when we received it you had to build the jamb, atrach hinges and there was no door knob hole. It was a nightmare.
