Great product, fast delivery. Thank you.
Exactly what I needed
My baseboards total 3300 watts so this is perfect for my need
Excellent Thermostat, Price & Customer Service
I bought (6) Honeywell Home (SKU: TH115-A-240D-B) Programmable Thermostats for a rental renovation that my wife and I completed. Our 1st tenant is very happy with the programmability and performance. The tenant has the responsibility for the electric bill.
Great double pole thermostat
While I haven't yet installed the thermostats I recently purchased, I have used the same thermostat since 2019 in another property. I found them both easy to install and to program, and they've been completely reliable so far. I particularly like the fact that these are double pole thermostats which means that power is completely turned off when the thermostat says, "Enough". Single pole thermostats don't completely turn off as one side of the power source remains connected to the heater. A double pole thermostat like this one disconnects both side of the 240 VAC power source. BTW: some websites list these as single pole thermostats which is incorrect. The packaging and installation manual make it clear that these are, in fact, double pole units. Lastly, I just like the clean look of these thermostats.
Have bought several of these thermostats and continue to buy
Have had great luck with these thermostats, used primarily on hydronic baseboard heaters and they have worked very well.
Should have done the entire home with these!!!
Replaced my homes outdated thermostats with newer models. In five rooms (4 bedrooms and the living room) I installed the 7 day programable thermostats and the remainder (5 rooms) I put in new manual style thermostats. I now wished that I had ordered enough of the programmable thermostats for each room (all rooms have electric 220 Volt base board heaters). The thermostats have four program settings, 7 day weeks so you can set up for work week and weekends. easy to program, easy to over ride if necessary (and the override - gets cancelled in the next program cycle which is nice as un-used portions of the house can be temporarily warmed, then return to a normal heating cycle. We don't have AC, however there are 4 cooling programs available in this unit as well. I should have done all eleven rooms with these units. Has made a huge difference in our electric bill as the different programs take control of the heating and cooling cycles. If I end up with base board heat in a new house I will consider replacing the control units with these thermostats in the future.
Great product
Remodel install, Worked great, easy install, great price, fast service.
Good Service, except for back orders
These thermostats are excellent, I'm very happy with the product.
Fantastic customer service
I needed a replacement thermostat, but I also needed help in finding the right one. SupplyHouse was great--their customer service rep was patient, had the right expertise, and helped with the return of the wrong item (which I had mistakenly ordered). Could not have asked for more.

I could not use a single-pole (2-wire) programmable thermostat with my baseboard heaters--they just stayed on all the time--so I tried this one, which is a double-pole (4-wire) thermostat. (The second pole gives it a true off state.) Much to my relief, it worked. This thermostat is otherwise very similar to other programmable thermostats. There are 2 main features to be aware of: 1) it's small--about a centimeter more narrow than my old standard dial thermostat--and doesn't fully cover the hole from the electrical box. (See pics--flush on the right, but slightly shy on the left.) This is a pretty significant problem, to my mind. Any advice on what sort of cuff or rim might be available to surround the thermostat would be appreciated. Otherwise I'll probably return it. 2) Temperature programmability is unnecessarily limited. There are only 3 temperature settings to which any time span can be programmed. If I want one pair of daytime/nighttime temperatures on weekdays and another set on weekends, can't do it. Same as the other 4-wire Honeywell programmable baseboard heater, TL8230A1003, so if you need 4-wire like me, you're stuck as far as I can find. Seems silly when chip capacity is nearly limitless.

220v direct connect thermostat has lots of programs and features to serve almost any high powered purpose - I use mine with the 220 V Cadet in wall heater in my lower bathroom as it is built on the slab and a bit cold during sub zero winter days. works like a charm
Just purchased 8 more
I've reviewed this product before, and because I have enjoyed using this thermostat, and it's performance, I just purchased 8 more. I now have these throughout my house, controlling hydroponic electric baseboard heaters, and am extremely happy with them. I've had several installed for over 10 years and they really do a great job of controlling the heat within their published accuracy. And SupplyHouse.com customer service reps are great!
Just what I was looking for.
We have electric baseboard heaters in our finished basement. I really only want to turn it up for watching TV and the problem with the original, unprogrammable thermostat was that I kept forgetting to turn it back down. I was able to program the thermostat so it goes back down at 11pm. Overriding the lower temperature setting is easy, as is returning it to the programmed setting. I was a bit confused as to which model to get, e.g. single pole, double pole, but someone at Supply House helped me out.
Does what I need it to do
It wires up easily. Programs work like they should. Actual programming is not intuitive, so you'll always have to have the manual handy if you ever need to make changes.

I have these thermostats in every room of the house. Had to replace one after 15 years. I like the new feature that learns how long to start the cycle in the morning so that the floor is up to temp at the programmed start time. Nice warm floors in the bathroom every morning, guaranteed. Also like the backlighting feature at a push of the button. Works well at night when I want to see the time but does not keep the room illuminated all night from the backlighting.
Excellent thermostats for electric heat
Purchased and had installed of these thermostats. Working great. accurate temperature control. Just bought 8 more, not yet installed but looking forward to same excellent performance.
Best microprocessor Thermostat on the market....from a Electrician who's installed many....
Best microprocessor controlled temperature thermostat on the market. Senses temperature and stages on heat in four different power levels. If it cannot maintain in the lower stages within 15 minutes it will stage up to next level. You will see a flame indicator on screen. One indicates 25 percent ...two 50 percent and three 75....and 4 flames indicates full power. This thermostat will save you money. It will pay for itself easily. If you take advantage of the programming and set for weekdays when no one is home and set levels lower, it can save you even more money. I've had these in my home for over 12 years now and I'm very pleased. To the point of purchasing several more for backup and for my son's home.
