Sent the wrong pillow

I ordered the Royal Luxe "Quilted Feather Pillow, Standard/Queen, Created for Macy's 18x26x2" Web ID: 10140113, but I was sent a much smaller 17x25x2 Oval pillow from Royal Luxe, where the gussets do not go all around the pillow. The UPC codes were the same for both pillow styles, so it must have been tagged wrong by the vendor. It was recommended by Macy's associate to order them again to try to get the correct pillow described and shown on the website, so I did today, 7/28/24. I hope the right pillow is sent this time so I don't have to return/reject the items.

These are perfect for us! It is definitely the comfort of down feathers with stability. My 10 year old daughter and me think they are the best pillows ever! I’m about to order another set. & May replace all of mine with these!

No feather content. Poorly done-wouldn't recommend

Disaster. Thought it felt very thin after several hours, (thought may have just been the very bad packaging) and then plenty of shaking etc. Went to bed with my hand underneath and woke several hours later feeling my hand and no pillow per se. Just no feather content. Worst headache ever. Returned. Bummed.

The pillows came compressed with instructions to let them sit out for 48 hours and give them a fluff prior to using. They are very soft but I was feeling a little skeptical because they didn’t seem to be filling out. I kept thinking, well maybe they just need more time. Tonight I covered them with the pillowcases ready to give them a try with a hope I would be dreaming on a cloud tonight. I am laying here now on this thin rock of a pillow feeling cranky for my poor choice of pillow purchases while I write a one star review. This is a hard no for me. HOWEVER my husband just took mine and doubled them up and he is very happy. So apparently if you stack them up there is potential here. Dang it… I guess I’ll give this a 2 star now.
