One door arrived cracked but Wayfair made it very easy and is sending a replacement. Love it just need to buy and install door handles.

Great doors, the only issue was the frame, it was 18 smaller from left to right, and the doors didnt fit. I had to redo the installation and make a new piece for the top frame.

This door is nice. But it is NOT pre hung. This door came as two doors and three pieces of trim, all assembly required. I. Addition the routing on one door for the hinges was misaligned and the frame pieces were all warped. I would not pay the price of a prehung door again for this product.

Just got doors installed, they had a lot of problems. Biggest problem was the frame boards were the wrong size, too small for the doors. We had to go buy boards for frame. So I am out that money. It was a good thing we hired a contractor.

Nice doors but damaged. When taking the crate apart for installation the damage was found which was 36 days after delivery instead of the warranty of I guess 33 days. Wayfair could not assist and I was directed to contact the manufacturer for help.

I ordered two sets of these for inner partition rooms in my house. They look nice and are solidly made. The slab worked well for me because I needed to trim the doors a little to fit the doorways.

The door itself was fine, and very well-priced even for a composite door. It was advertised as prehung BUT it arrived in parts, NOT prehung. Had it been properly assembled before shipment, it would have revealed that the mortises on the two doors were not properly aligned, so the two doors did not hang at the same level. We tried to accommodate the flaw, but the only proper fix would have been to re-mortise the hinges on one side. So returned the product instead. Home Depot accepted and credited my account immediately, which was lovely.

No door knob/handle holes

It is a nice looking French door, however I was surprised that it has no holes for doorknobs. In the questions and answers it says that it locks but that is completely false since it doesn’t even have a way for a doorknob to latch.

doors are fine but company not easiest to work with

We purchased through home depot and they sent the wrong framing and wrong hinges. Had to have our builder alter the door frame to fit as we were on a time crunch Have tried several times to get the correct hardware through home depot and the company with no luck.

I thought it was pre-hung when I ordered (didn’t read closely enough), but my contractor had no difficulties putting it together and it looks beautiful … exactly what I wanted. The 4 stars are for not being pre-hung, and not including door handles. But the looks are a five.

These are high quality solid doors that we had installed for bedroom closets. I’ll admit I had professionals do it as we had Sheetrock and framing that needed to be done but they look amazing!

Great door!

I bought 10 sets of doors for the construction site. The quality is excellent, it is not difficult to assemble the kit completely (even for someone whose hands are not growing from the right place). I will continue to order!

Not pre-hung, and not even balanced

As other customers have noted, the doors come in a kit and are not pre-hung. The doors haven’t even been fit properly for the hinges, and had to be modified.

NOT. Pre-hung; assemble yourself

This is basically a door kit. Doors are not pre-hung as advertised. Worse, no instructions are provided. Quality of materials is average at best.

Not really prehung, major adjustments needed

Nice looking door but the hinges were 1/4” off on one of the doors so hinge cuts had to be expanded with a wood chisel 1/4”, screw holes drilled out and filled with dowels, to be adjusted so it closed. The ball catches on the frame have to be routed or chiseled out. Instructions are minimally helpful. For $580 we expected better. Buying items at Home Depot seem to be a 50/50 proposition as far as satisfaction goes.

Comes in pieces

So we ordered two of these “prehung” doors. When we thy arrived it was in pieces, we then proceeded to put them together and none of the doors fit into the door frame as the trim which was pre installed was off by 1/8” which did not let the doors close fully. What a joke of a product which was fraudulently advertised as prehung. I could have paid a fraction of the cost if I purchased it individually. It ended up costing us over 800.00 more because it had to be put together and installed.

Not pre-hung

The "pre-hung" door came unassembled. I was able to get support directly from the manufacturer, and managed to build it out. At least the hinge inset was already routered out. The doors are solid and heavy. The hinges are solid but the pins don't slide out so getting the door onto the hinges was difficult without a large work bench.
