Really let down by this product. I'm wanting a floor-to-ceiling low-to-no grout shower, and I have an odd alcove shower shape that's deeper than wide. This kit was the only option and seemed like it would be perfect. The six-panel system promised convenience for moving the panels up my stairs, and the proportions were generous enough to cut down to the sizes I needed. However, after weeks on backorder, when the product arrived it had unforgivable manufacturer's defects. Besides some damage on the edges, the gloss and bevel had been applied to the wrong side of some of the panels! Due to track marks from the manufacturing process, there was no option to just reverse the panel application and put the gloss side out. It's the kind of error in quality control that prevents me from returning to the brand. In the end, counting on this product wasted my workers' time (which is my money) and affected my design decisions for the worse.

Hard to write a review when I didnt receive any tubes of adhesive and missing one trim kit piece for top extension. Told no parts available. Would have to return item and reorder. Havent had a chance to install yet. Will have to dream up something for the trim piece. But, I did get a discount.

although the shower walls are not installed yet, everything looks good. we got what we wanted.

The walls looks nice but if you need the extension pieces for a taller shower the colors don’t match and the marble pattern is really faded. They also didn’t send enough molding pieces to seal the seams between the main walls and extension pieces. We were told we can’t get another piece because it was sold as a kit. If that’s the case the kit should come with the correct number.

This surround had some short comings that need to be addressed. The kit arrived missing the required panel trim that blends panel s together. This caused a delay in construction while we waited for parts from Transolid Expressions. The trim does not fit well with the panels because the panels are of a different thickness. Because of this, we had to bend the metal trim and grind the back of the panels to get a proper fit. I rate this surround as average because of the extra labor time and delays. The panels are of good quality and look very nice after installation.

Upper panels were different width than lower panel

We ordered the 96in floor to ceiling panels. After a long wait for delivery, we were finally able to get them installed. Our installer loved the thickness of the panels, and the look, but when trying to install the upper panels into the metal trim piece supplied, they would not fit. The upper panels are slightly thicker than the bottom panels, so the installer had to grind off the back of each piece about inch back so that it would fit into trim. Added 2+hrs to installation time. Overall +.

After waiting for materials for over a month they came in packaged what appeared to be very well packaged. Once I opened the package and instaled the back wall, we started cleaning the second wall. This wall was very dirty and scratched in several places. Also it did not have the protective covering over the face (exsposed side for shower). We had to scrubb the face to get all of the black dust off of it. If we had not already installed the back wall we would have sent it back. It was not what I expected for the price and the time I had to wait for the walls to come in.

material quality is good, boxed very good, but one gripe I had when I opened up was that there were no corner slip in joint tracking included, only wedges to seal in place, that's a big issue. informational docs show a corner joint slip in track, that is wrong. but one you open the crate, very hard to get it back and return.

Made a really nice shower. Need some diy skills but came together without any problems. Would of had home delivery again. Extremly big and heavy package. Only fault was it only had half of the moulding it said it contained. Was able to but it up with what was included.

Great looking prodcut

I am impressed with the quality. Looks amazing. Shipping was no hassle, no broken piece. Installation was pain-free as well. Definitely recommended.
