I don't have to much to say about this except it is a register, nothing more nothing less. We had one of ours get bent and needed a replacement. This was the correct size to fill the hole. It seems to be made as well as any other average register. So the moral of this story is, if you need a white 8"x4" floor register go ahead and pick this one up.

Hello, its a great addition to what I have there already. lets it blend in to the décor of the older house. Works great and does the job well. It made such a big difference with the heat and expanding the area of the pellet stove . what a great way to help with the heating bill . we also have oil heat , but we cut that bill in half due to the changes we made with the vents.

this 4 by 8 inch floor register has a much shorter drop than the ones we are replacing . I was not aware there was aa different drop on the floor registers so I was a bit surprised when I discovered the shorter drop but it works as well as the longer drop. I would recommend this floor register to anyone seeking to replace their existing registers but would caution that there is a difference in the drops. I would recommend this floor register.
