A Gamechanger

This is truly a game changer. Perfect for kitchen islands, behind the bed, or near the living room couch. Instead of a bulky charger, there's just a USB C cable coming out of the wall and it's so fast, and it looks so clean. I saw this installed at someones home and tried it and knew j had to get it.

Not good for Samsung phones

This Outlet does not provide enough power to meet the super fast charging power threshold on Samsung phones. I was only ever able to achieve fast charging.

I love the design of this outlet and it works great. The unit is pretty deep though, and it didn’t fit in the location where I tried to install it because my junction boxes have fairly large cable clamps on the back of the box. This may be better suited for newer construction. The outlet was easy to install though, other than not being able to fit it in the junction box.

USB died after 1 year.

Worked great for about a year and then both UBC-C ports stopped working. Now it is a $50 tamper-proof outlet. If I wanted that I could have bought two 10 packs.

Own 2. One died after power flickered

I own two of these. The first one works perfectly and charges our phones quickly (I don't know if it's fast charging, but it's faster than the USB ports in the car). The other one worked perfectly until the lights flickered one day, and then the USB ports died. I can't blame electronics for not working perfectly 100% of the time, but I have 2 USB-A outlets and another outlet with USB-C that didn't die.

The installation was pretty easy and I’m so glad that we put it in! It’s been so convenient to have the USB ports right next to my bed without having to use the outlets. I was very excited to get this outlet as everything is slowly switching over to USB-C. It’s much smaller than a standard USB and can be plugged in either way. I love being able to plug items directly into a charging port without needed to find an adapter plug as most products are now sold without them. This outlet was somewhat easy to install if you have installed an outlet before, which I have several times. It was pretty standard, but it doesn’t have quick connect holes to insert wires into so you have to bend the wire around the screws. The box is fairly large so I had some trouble getting it to fit in the wall with the wires. It works well and the plate gives it a modern look.

I replaced an existing USB charger receptacle with this newer C/C USB Charger. I did have to go out and buy the correct cables to use with it, but am glad I did. It charged a completely dead iPad to 100% charged in 4 hours. That is almost twice as fast as the old charger. I definitely recommend.

I got this outlet around a month ago for my bedroom so I didnt have to use a slot for my charger to charge my cell phones. All you need is a USB type c to USB type c cable and you can easily charge your phone. The charging is really fast as well. Really impressed with this product.

This was a pretty simple installation. I love the two USB C chargers and Ultrafast means Ultrafast! It was nice being able to charge my Ipad and Iphone at the same time without the bulk adapters. Highly recommended if you are updating -- I put mine in the kitchen counter but will be looking to update the rest of the outlets in the home.

I am very impressed by the Legrand 6A Ultrafast C/ C USB Charger. It was very easy to replace my existing power point and replace with this receptacle. I tested the charging of my iPhone XS, Samsung S10+ and iPad and both the devices were charged very fast. Definitely recommend this product to others.

I received this a few weeks back, it's a game changer for sure. So easy to install, easy directions to follow. Having USB plug-ins on the receptacle is genious. No more bulky plug-ins. It charges super fast. Its conveniently installed in my kitchen/dunning area. Easy for us to use or guests too.

[Rewarded Review] Usb Charger good, outlets hard to plug in.

I installed this in my 10 year olds room so that he would always have a charger in there. The usb-c ports work great and charge fast however, the actual outlets sent the greatest. I have to use a significant amount of force to get things plugged in. This is ok for like a lamp or clock that you leave in but if you wanted to put this in the kitchen or living room you would have issues. This is not tamper resistant, those are also a pain. I’m not sure if it’ll get easier as time goes on but it’s something to think about.

This is a great plug and is super helpful when guests come over. We put this in the guest room so that when guests come over they don't have to bring a charger for there phone or tablet. It has enough charging power to charge most things (from the USB-C connection) like most phones, tablets, game system and even some laptops.
