Broken

Came broken in multiple pieces in box, seemed to have been packaged well but was obviously mishandled at one point. I did not notice unfortunately till I started to unpack it.

A Toilet That Flushes!

Another situation where it isn't walking the dog. It's a toilet seat. It flushes. Works like a real toilet! Yay!

Great toilet if you can get one that is not broker

Kohler does a poor job of shipping so that it arrives in one piece. After doing research, I decided on this toilet but the local store didn't carry it, they had to order from Kohler. the first confusion came in that it shipped in 2 boxes unlike most toilets that are packed in one box so the first delivery only had the tank and it was shattered into a thousand pieces. The person in the store who coordinated the shipment was super helpful and realized they still had the box with the bowl at the store but because the tank was broken, they came and picked it up and ordered a 2nd toilet from Kohler. Before attempting delivery the store opened the boxes and again found the toilet in pieces because the boxes were not that sturdy and didn't have any support. Well the 3rd time was the charm and they ordered another one from Kohler. this time it arrived on a pallet secured and when they opened both boxes, the toilet was not broken! The store took special care to deliver it to me in a small truck with instructions to be careful and it arrived in one piece. It was fairly easy to install and i really like the powerful flush (what made me order this one). it's a nice toilet and surprisingly quiet when you flush. only half the tank empties and i wondered if that was for a 2nd power flush to be done quickly if needed (nothing about that mentioned in the paperwork). All in all I was happy with the final product.

I purchased this toilet in black. It is is beautiful. I've had Bilateral knee surgery. The comfort height is fantastic! It's just what this old girl needed. I highly recommend.

Didn't tell me no toilet seat

I really like the toilet, but I was a bit surprised that there was no toilet seat. I bought the product in the store and no one told me that there was no toilet seat included.

Dissatisfied and disappointed with this purchase. Discovered toilet tank was cracked when shipping box was opened. Replacement tank doesn't flush correctly.

Perfect and just what I wanted. No complaints whatsoever. No splashing as some have mentioned in reviews. Quiet, quick and does a great job.

For a 1.28GPF toilet, I'm pleasantly surprised at how well it works. It thoroughly empties the bowl every time and is really quite quiet. And honestly, it is a rather nice looking toilet.

I'm on the 3rd attempt to get an unbroken toilet. Home Depot cannot manage to get this toilet to their store unbroken! It will Not Ever make it unless they either re-package it with a LOT of air pads, or use a different carrier who doesn't require a pkg to withstand a 4 foot vertical drop!

Great toilet. I purchased 2 of them and the are working great! I love the dual flush functionality. And the lighter flush option is plenty for most of what we put at it.

Really average toilet for $500.

I was obliged to pay $445 for a very average toilet because apparently only Kohler makes a toilet with a 10 inch rough in distance that also has an insulated tank. (As someone with well water that is very cold I really needed the insulated tank to prevent excessive sweating in the summer.) It was clear that the $445 toilet did not come with a seat which cost another $40 plus tax, but it was not obvious that they couldn't be bothered to throw in $4 worth of mounting bolts and a $4 wax ring.

Worst Toilet Ever

Purchased what I thought was a quality replacement toilet from a major brand. Big mistake. This toilet does not work. There is no "swirl" in the bowl when flushed, and it takes two or three flushes to "clean out" the bowl. I've had many low water use toilets, and none of them has done this. $450 waste of money. I would return it if I could, but it's installed and too late.

They don't sell this toilet-- they ship you a Kohler Welworth New OLD STOCK which isn't even close to the specs of the toilet described here. So, you cannot rate a product you didn't receive. The item they shipped is an item that Kohler made 10 years ago and while it's a fine item-- it's not chair height and it uses more water per flush than this unit.

High pitched whistle from fill valve

Had to bring the plumber back to replace the fill valve soon after installing due to the extremely loud high pitched screeching noise it made after flushing. Flushing out the valve didn't help. The noise went away after replacing it with a valve from another manufacturer. Also, the trip lever is pretty flimsy.

Great Fit for Old Plumbing

We researched our choices for toilets that fit plumbing measurements from the 1970s without having to buy a kit to retrofit the new toilet. This toilet fits perfectly. Older adults will be using this bathroom most of the time, so the Highline Comfort Height is preferred. Very comfortable. We like the elongated bowl better than the round bowl, so that is an added plus.

Here is my thoughts on my purchase, I haven't used Wayfair since about 2016 and if this purchase reflects the way do business in 2022 then Good luck ! First of all shipment was scheduled for Mon August 16 Toilet and tank came in 2 separate shipments with the tank arriving first(should have been bowl first to install tank 2nd) Well back to first (TANK) delivery I was impressed with Wayfair Tank came in original Kohler box and not to be outdone Wayfair put the Kohler box in a insulated box to protect my investment . Now 2nd Delivery (BOWL) Very Disappointed No original Kohler box no original paperwork just laid in a box with no visible markings that I purchased a new toilet I couldn't believe it made it in 1 piece. I will never order used products again . Stand up to big companies be careful on purchasing

This was a wise investment a great use of my money. I’m very pleased with the product as well as the customer service provided to me. Your staff was very attentive to me and made sure I was satisfied in every aspect. I wasn’t able to find this toilet in almond anywhere but Wayfair and for that too I give you 5 stars. My experience was so good that I will definitely be buying from your company again.

Liked it so much, we But another one to replace the other bathroom toilet within a week. Fills up very fast, flushes very fast, has yet to get clogged (knock on wood...). The old toilet was clogging all the time. Make sure to watch your setback. We had exactly a 10-inch setback, and a 10-in toilet gave about an inch and a half from the wall, as it should have. Our previous toilet was smushed up against the wall, which caused scuffing in the sheetrock. So my guess is that the contractors that really didn't care tried to squeeze a 12-inch toilet into a 10-in rough-in. The new toilet looks amazing and performs very well. Quality that we would expect from Kohler.

Great toilet!

I bought this toilet a few months ago and I'm 100% happy with the purchase!! This toilet flushes great! Have not had any clogging issues. It stays very clean. It seems like it has a coating in the bowl that keeps things from sticking! Rarely do I see skid marks now lol! And my husband who is super picky about everything loves the toilet as well!
