Once installed it looks good. The left and right cross section ends apparently ...

Each piece had a glob of material on the inside where it fits up against the wall. This had to be removed (sanded down) before I could use the pieces. Since I purchased from Amazon, Ekena couldn't give me a price break, but Amazon did. Once installed it looks good. The left and right cross section ends apparently aren't exact mirror image matches, so care needs to be taken when joining one piece to another at corners or on straight runs.so the shapes match.

cuts great, Stick it on if you can, nail holes are harder to fill than wood. Used on my fireplace remodel.

Cuts and paints easily. I use a 90 degree angle on the scarf joint being there is no expansion or contraction. Rather than a 22.5 degree cut like it use for wood crown. No need for the extra gluing surface. I cut the one length about an 1/8" longer for a tight scarf joint fit. Very easy to install.

Easy to mount molding, looks great.

Great molding. Was super easy to cut, mitre and cope the ends. Light and easy to handle on your own.Only complaint was some inconsistencies in thickness by maybe an 8th of an inch.

Matched perfect! Easy-to-use

Remodeling living room and made a change to the ceiling. The crown we used 17 years ago was no longer at any local store. Thankfully we found this company. The molding was a perfect match.

Beautiful and lightweight, poor packaging

Beautiful and lightweight. Used it as part of a mantle. We glued it up.Only 4 stars because it arrived broken. It worked out for us because it was almost right where we needed to cut it anyway, but had I needed the whole piece I would have been upset. I also orderes the same item from Lowes as I needed two 6 ft pieces. They had much stronger packaging, so it arrived nicely

This is exactly as described and the size is perfect. I love it ; it is the finish of my project. The room looks great i would refer this to many of my friends and family. Thank you once again for your products

Does the job, looks good from a distance, poor quality control

First the cons. for the price, this should be perfect. There were small defects on every piece. These defects were a result of the molding process so you need to sand through the primer to make it smooth. This stuff does not sand easily like wood or wood products. I gave up and painted them with a Fuji paint sprayer as is. Because it's crown and installed against the ceiling, the defects are hard to see. The pros: This product is impervious to water and it's installed in a bathroom. It is also flexible which is helpful in an older house with a less than perfect ceiling. It's easy to cut and easy to install. Very easy to glue in areas with no studs. I am mostly happy with the results but disappointed in the quality for the price. I'd give it 4 stars with the defects if it cost less. We considered a much cheaper wood crown from a big box store which was near perfect but not flexible. If you don't need the flex or the water proof feature, save yourself some money and go with that. In case you're wondering, the transition from the wall to the tile was resolved with a thin piece of composite chair rail glued to the underside of the crown before installation.

Exactly what I was looking for to he used as chair rail type molding in bathroom. It doesn't have to be painted if you don't want to but I did paint mine because I wanted a glossy look. It looks really nice.

Nice idea but didn?t work

Bought this for my kitchen cabinets for a more vintage look, but they are so flimsy even a micro nailer won?t work, not worth it, ended up installing wood crown.
