Terrible customer service

I bought 2 of these toilets 2 years ago. One has been perfect, the other not so much, I've had to replace the tank twice due to hairline cracks. The last tank was replaced 2 months ago. The guts inside are leaking and the water runs off and on. Customer service scheduled to send me new parts and never sent parts. When I called customer service the lady had a attitude, hatful and not great customer service. Buyer beware of customer service.

Too much maintenance

I might have an older model. Purchased in 2017. Replaced the flapper seal once, needs replacing again! Apparently every 2.5 years.

Previous toilets were always getting blocked by young boys. We've had no issues so far with this one.

Leaking after installing

Not impressed. Toilet was installed by plumber . Toilet being replaced because of water leak and damage to bathroom floor/bathroom and lower ceiling. Plumber left and we go upstairs to check things out again little later in evening and found toilet dripping water from both bolts. Thank goodness we found because the water luckily stayed on top of new floor and didn't run down into lower ceiling that the drywaller just finished. Float seal or something was defective in mine causing seal around float to leak. There been several recall fixes on the toilet so we are not sure if ours is old model or just plain defective. At this point we took toilet out completely and buying a Kohler.

Just the toilet I wanted

I did extensive reviews and purchased this toilet a couple of years ago. Now I wanted the same toilet for my other bathroom. I could't find it where I bought before but Build.com had it for the same price and shipped it free.

It is a very efficient toilet. The toilet looks nice. The bowl also has a surface that keeps itself clean. Some light cleaning once a week is all it needs. We have had no problems with blockages ... the previous toilet was getting blocked quite often.
