This has been an amazing add to the house we rent. After multiple reports of mail being stolen in our neighborhood and city, we prioritized finding systems that would help us to feel better about our mail being delivered when we were out of the house. This does the trick! It is functional, sturdy, holds mail of many sizes, and has the ability to be opened by both a key and a code, which really comes in handy, as neighbors or friends can get our mail for us safely if we are on vacation. It was easy to install, is easy for the mail carrier to use, and has provided us piece of mind.

Appreciate possibility to return. Box is for small or large size envelopes only. I receive medicsion from the veterans administration and this box does not allow a sufficient opening for me to accept my medication

Sturdy box, but flimsy plastic lock assembly

The construction is sturdy and well made; the problem is the plastic lock assembly which flimsy. The lock assembly was loose initially which causing it not operational - I found out the ring clamp was out of its position causing it not lockable. We will see if the plastic locking assembly will stand daily use. Thanks
