Oven was smaller then we expected. Very attractive product. Very disappointed in the shipping company and them damaging the oven ( sheet metal damaged and broken sheet metal screw). We did not appreciate them backing there big truck in my driveway.

Simple enough and easy to use - until you get to those 3 mysterious buttons between the dials.

First delivery was packaged upside down with the glass door facing down, and it was shattered during transit. Second delivery worked for 30 minutes then lost power and broke.

The glass was shattered when we 1st received, and it was difficult to reschedule a new delivery.

I have submitted a request to get this fixed but the oven has been installed for 3 weeks working fine.

For a small oven, the performance is BIG, I was surprised and very happy

this oven cooks unevenly no matter if you try and turn

It's a narrow oven interior, but all functions and features are commensurate with the price range, and are adequate for the intended application. In spite of having inspected packaging, When it was fully removed from the carton, there was a significant dent in one corner that resulted in excruciating noise from the fan when the oven was turned on after installation. It had to be removed, the dent hammered out, the fan adjusted, then oven reinstalled. It works OK now. Professional appliance installer was in charge and performed all necessary work.

I think I need another oven this one is damaged in the box bent and oven glass is shattered! Unusable.

Fist off out of the box the box was heave but not to bad if 1 person used only for best results, it was packaged very well for shipping lots of insulation and care comes ready to install no need to but a power cord as with most ovens now days this model comes with one and it's super easy to install and set up very easy to run I also love the defrost feature it really works well and fast it's runs room temperature air around your item to defrost. The convection oven is top notch 👌 perfection

We were replacing a vintage GE wall oven. The Magic Chef oven was well-packed and undamaged. Looks and works great so far - it has been in service one month at home. Lack of fancy features was a plus for me - you can turn the knobs and go!

The unit is NOT 24” wide. It’s 23” had to make major modifications to install.

Great product, absolutely love the oven and all of its features. Convection option is great.

I bought oven because it fit in space I had. It’s a wall oven. I’ve had it a few months. It’s OK but not great. It has several settings but only one relates to baking, which surely is most used . Others relate to broil etc.

Excellent…fits the smaller space in my kitchen. Cooks very well. A bit of a learning curve with the convection oven but the results are rewarding.

The light went bad as soon as I started using the oven. I bought a new light bulb for it , and that didn’t work. So it is obviously the light socket that burned out.
