It is perfect!

I love this product so much! It was easy to assemble, has just the right amount of storage and hooks - and fits perfectly in my small space. I haven’t ever seen another hall tree this size. It’s compact but not lacking in function or design!

I Am Extremely Disappointed With

I am extremely disappointed with this product. Was expecting something much nicer for the price point. Attempted to return but there was no option for a return or refund.

Great Looking Little Hall Tree

I received the hall tree quickly in 2 boxes, one containing the drawer, the other the top part. I had someone assemble it and it took a few hours to complete. The final product looks great. The drawer slides out smoothly and it is big. The piece with the hooks is nice, but it has to be attached to the bottom piece and no hardware and no instructions to attach them together were included. The hardware included was to attach it to the wall, but in my case I have show molding on the floor and the drawer doesn't reach the wall and it wouldn't work to attach the top part to the wall and the drawer to be at a distance.

Still Have Not Received The Item...

I ordered the 24W Hall Tree and Small Shoe Bench with Drawer in White on August 4th. It arrived on August 9th in 2 shipments. The tall tree part arrived with both pieces broken in half. I reached out to customer service and they said they could replace it, but was on back order for a week or two. Its now August 31st and the item is still on back order. i have emailed asking for them to replace it with something else and no response.

Very Space Efficient Hall Tree Great for Apartment

I have owned this hall tree for over a year now, and it still looks as good as new even after a move. This design is space efficient and classic. I only wish the drawer had some dividers for shoe storage, but you can obviously sort that out yourself. Overall I love my hall tree and would highly recommend!

Looks Good, Functionality Could Be Improved

Everything came as expected and assembly was straight forward. My issue is that the height of the unit is not what I expected. The distance from hook to bench is significantly shorter than anticipated and size medium (adult) jackets are dragging on the bench. This isn't ideal and takes Functionality away from the whole thing…we also paired this next to a 40W unit for 64†total.

Nice Hall Tree

Construction is labor intensive. It took a good 6 hours start to finish. Manufacturer recommends using hand tools. I agree for the novice, but for the more experienced with an adjustable tork drive drill you can save time without damage. Be cautious in the end construction of the top piece. If you are including the bottom part, the final steps very. Overall, we are happy with the product and the limited instructions.

Great drawer, No shelf or coat hook part.

I ordered this product and the only part that came was the base with the drawer. The panel with the coat hooks and top shelf never arrived. I found this out, after I put the drawer together. I thought the top just got lost in the mail and would arrive. After a few weeks, it did not arrive so I contacted Overstock. They wanted me to take the bottom drawer apart and mail it back to them. There was no way they could send me the part with the hooks and the shelf. So I spent an hour putting the drawer together to have to take it apart and then find a box for rebox the item and return it. This was a major waste of time, at Christmas. I was not very acceptable of the return policy.

Easy to put together (although a lot of steps to follow) Sturdy and looks great! Fits our needs perfectly.

One Month Later, Still Only Have Top Half Of Item

We only received the top half of this item. It assembled fine, but we need the bottom half too. I know there are shipping delays because of covid, but when I bought this it said it was in stock. We received the first half within days. The bottom half still has not shipped and it has been over a month. Customer service says they will reship, but we have not received any updates showing that is the case. I am tempted to send what we have back. It is useless.

Perfect size and quality is better than expected.

The product is at it appears in photo. But it does arrive in two separate shipments and different assembly before combining together. Assembly is a nightmare - LOTS of pieces and steps. But they do provide links to video and a phone number. . . Mine arrived with some missing hardware and broke piece but the company was quick and helpful to replace. . . The bench is super sturdy and once put together it looks exactly like what I needed! It’s not super tall so you can easily reach the top shelf. The drawer is soft close and deep.
