Prepac hall stand very poor quality

Parts are not labeled so it is hard to follow the instructions. Pieces came covered in sawdust so I had to wipe it all down. Espresso finish rubs off easily. Not happy at all with Prepac. Not worth the money.

As advertised

We were looking for something to fit into an alcove in our mud room; this fit the bill. The dimensions were exactly as advertised and put it together in 45 mins. The only complaint was that the show cubby holes are small and suitable for a pair of kids shoes per slot. Typical fiber board construction similar to other offerings at the brand.

Just ok

For the money it gets the job done. However the quality of some of the pieces was obviously not good. the cubby dividers are literally all pealing and the was a chunk out of another piece. Directions were just okay too, had to figure a few things out on our own. easy enough to put together with two people.

I am very pleased with this hall tree

This was easy to put together. It took me about an hour and 10 minutes. All the pre-drilled holes lined up perfectly, all the little screws and nails were there, and the instructions were clear and easy to understand. The only thing I might mention is that the pieces themselves weren't labeled but there is an exploded diagram in the instructions so that worked out well. Sometimes when you order stuff like this and it ships from a long distance the pieces will have marks from where they were rubbing against each other in the packaging, this had none of those. All in all, I would definitely recommend.

Arrived very well packaged and matches a bench I bought from another company. The price was adequate for the item. not too expensive. It is gris in color with brown taupe hints. Instructions were well written and diagrammed to put unit together. Pieces were not labeled but the instructions pictures were good and easy to figure out what each piece was. My husband put it together in 1.5 hours. Fits perfect in our entrance hallway. Very sturdy and perfect for when guests come to sit on and put shoes on or hang purses or coats. The only drawback is that it is not very tall and a little on the shorter side. I thought it would fit the space better but it will do. I would add an image but I don't have a camera connected to my email.

The quality is not the highest quality, BUT it's a great product non the less. It's like IKEA products. The design of this product (Prepac Espresso Narrow Hall Tree with 9 Shoe Cubbies, Brown) is what attracted me. What a great choice it was. Once you understand that it's not the best, but certainly not the worst quality you will love this thing. I'm thinking about purchasing another. The set up took me about an hour and a half, but I took my time watching TV and all.
