Good for our application
I needed a kitchen sink faucet for a rental cottage and didn't want a pull down spray as they're susceptible to damage. This one fit the bill, a quality faucet that can't be easily broken.
Terrible
Everything I bought made by Whitehaus Collection is the biggest disappointment. After installing the faucet it start leaking through its pullout spray-head. Called Whitehaus, they told me that technician will call me back. No call. Called again. Got new pullout spray-head, still waiting on the spray hose which was send to me damaged. Month passed still waiting.
