I had a horrible experience

I had a horrible experience with this company. My entertainment center was set up wrong and damaged in the process. I text the delivery company about an hour later to tell them about the problem. No one responded. I called and they told me to call another company. I called Coleman and was told since I did not call within the first 24 hours, that I was not covered. The woman I spoke Tina Gabo and she continuously text me that Coleman's was doing me a favor by helping me since I contacted them after the first 24 hours. I paid Coleman's and it is not my fault that their delivery company hired guys who damaged my unit while assembling it. I would NOT recommend this company. I have been dealing with this since 1/4 and they would not issue a refund, so I can take my business elsewhere. Horrible service.

I love my Landon wall unit. There is no light switch on the towers. But I am satisfied overall.

Really frustrated and upset! The trucking carrying the furniture got in an accident, made us wait for three extra delivery days without checking the furniture and the furniture was totally destroyed! Waited for 7 weeks for delivery, and cannot call Coleman furniture! Have waited on the phone to talk with someone for over two hours! Sent an email, which says they will contact me in 24 hrs, and no one has done it. It has been over 72 hrs.

Outstandingly beautiful.

This is such a beautiful stand that goes well with our cream furniture. It holds a 55" t.v. with a sound bar on top with plenty of room if you want to go up in size. The individual shelves and built in cord holder in the back are wonderful for keeping everything straight. It jas a good weight to it so there is no worry of it moving across hard floors.i

Listen... it’s very pretty. I love the way it looks, but the quality leaves a little to be desired. For example, the drawers are thin/feel flimsy, and the wire for the lights in the side columns are visible, when they could have easily been hidden on the top! for the life of me, I can’t figure out why they did it that way...
