I love the knob, however I received one of only three in total ordered. When I spoke to customer service, the response was unsatisfactory as she wanted me to return the entire order (including the dozen handles and other hardware I had purchased and already installed) to issue a refund for the two missing knobs. I changed design to use handles instead of knobs so ended up using only one knob, but still paid for 3, only have 1!!!!!

Looked everywhere for this knob to match my vintage ones.

Unfortunately I needed the Black Iron version but they were out of stock for months so a purchased these and painted them with a combination of metalic and flat black Rustoleum. The result was extremely close to the black iron knobs but would have rather purchased the correct knob in the first place. Hickory Hardware should manage their stock better.
