Super irresponsible seller & vague description is extremely misleading to customers! DO NOT BUY it if you use induction stove. Seller is also super slow in response and is only quick to push back the problem and avoid their responsibilities while it’s clearly their oversight in not labelling clearly the property of this kettle. It appeared as top search under induction kettle yet it’s induction incompatible. This is FALSE advertising. Super disappointed at after sale customer service, will never buy from this shop again. Pls avoid this shop if you expect basic level of customer service.

Received and used on the same day.. Had used zebra kettle with another model that has the black sprout for many years and decided to pay slightly more for better model. Internal kettle is easy to wash, big cover opening compared to old one . Love the item
