Great Perculator!

It's an attractive piece and works great. However, I don't like the small opening. It's hard to put coffee in without spilling some. It filters the grounds well and doesn't leave grounds on the bottom. The width of the opening is tight having to clean it each time it's used. I would choose a wider unit next time. Also, it makes quite a bit of noise in the beginning. In the end, it makes great-tasting coffee.

Leaking at seam over electric plug!

Liked the looks, but, it leaked as soon as it started to perk, i am lucky that i did not get a shock as it leaked right on the electric plug.

I I don't know what's going on at Westbend. ive purchased this item in the past and it worked greatcand lasted for years. This one worked well but only lasted a few weeks. It'll be returned as defective.

Will not recommend

This coffee maker looks good, but it sounded like a jet engine when it was percolating. The cord is too short too.

Awesome product to have

Loved this product... I used it when we're traveling... Very handy...

the product does heat up good but it's heavy when you go to get the handle to pour if you have pan problems it's too heavy for you to pick up and if you don't get the right coffee coffee grounds everywhere so it's good to make hot water but you can't lift it if you have hand problems

Best tasting coffee every day!

We absolutely love our new Westbend percolator! Previously we had used drip coffee makers. Making a change made us a bit nervous at first, but we are used to the different routine and we are very pleased with our choice!

Healthier Coffee

In our opinion our coffee taste way fresher, cleaner , tastier with this stainless steel percolator. Of course a good water source also is important for greater quality too.

I so enjoy fresh hot percolator coffee. I've had no problems. you use course ground coffee no need for filters. regular ground coffee you should get some filters.
