Door thickness
The directions state that the door should be between 1 6/16" and 1 9/16". My door is 1 8/16", there was not enough depth to the roller bracket to accommodate the door.

False advertising in ad for barn door hardware
The ad for the barn door hardware said it would accommodate a front door larger than 1 1/2" but when the hardware arrived, the maximum door size was 1 1/4" and there was no way to adjust it to a larger size. I had to go out and buy 70 washers to shim the hardware big enough to fit my 1 1/2" front doors. The ad for this hardware needs to be changed to reflect the proper maximum size door for this hardware. Very disappointed that I had to spend even more money to retrofit the hardware to make it fit. Most lumber used in cabinets is 3/4" and when additional molding is routinely used it can easily go to 1 1/2".
