Missing parts and chipped glass
I love the chandelier, however, I had to give it a lower rating due to missing plastic washers and a chip on one of the pieces of glass. I could’ve called to report the problems but past experiences with these types of things I didn’t call. The shopping was right on time.

So happy with this purchase! Adds a WOW factor to my dining room. Simple design, yet elegant and expensive looking for a great price! Looks so good even when it's not turned on just reflecting any light in the room. Like icicles hanging in sheets. It is stunning!
