Poor service

Twice I’ve had to send this item back . Two times the item sent was from the QVC returns department , so in turn I’ve received twice someone’s defective and broke product . This is unacceptable !!! I am not paying for an “as is “ item .

Just beautiful!

Not "non-stick" as advertised

I read the reviews, thought "sound so great’,but reality it’s not as great as "claimed". 4 stars for being light weight, 2 stars for the quality/durability of the "non-stick layer", and my food does not cook the way they come out when I used cephalon pan. First, I used Zavor pan, stir fry my noodles, first time ok, second time, noodles stuck on the pan, I thought, maybe Because of noodles, I tried just veggies only, same thing, they got stuck on the pan. Then one of the small pot, I only use the pot to heat up my soup, third time, a small white spot on bottom, looking carefully, the "titanium dark layer" has come off. So Scary, because I may eat "chemicals that come off so easily after few times", consumer will,have long term effect’s from eating chemicals that come off. Don’t buy, my advise. The white spot is result of "non stick layer" coming off

I bought the Zavor - Noir Cast Aluminum 7 Piece Cookware Set and it's the best set I've ever used. The set looks slick and slick. I love the way it looks and cooks. I recommend this set to everyone that I know.

These pans are absolutely amazing!! Cooking with them is great. They have a wonderful even cook with everything!! They are big enough to cook just about anything!! When cooking anything greesy the grease basically separates from the food making the food much healthier!! Nothing sticks to them and they are super easy to clean!! I couldn't be happier with the quality of this set!!

These pans I definitely would recommend. I have been using it everyday and it makes my cooking better. If your looking to sear, fry, bake, broil, all on one pan from stove top to oven then these are the pans to use. I love that the handles can come off so it’s very easy to store, the handles are heat resistant so you can’t burn your hands just in case you forget and touch the handle, the food cooks throughout perfectly.

This 7 Piece NOIR Cookware set came in so handy and at the right time when I needed a new set of pots and pans. I have used these pans several times since I received them. Nothing but nothing sticks on them. And when you want to wash them just get a clean soapy cloth and just wipe and rinse. So happy with this brand.

I am absolutely in love with this set. It's in a gorgeous color and it's so well made. I have a bird and I have to be careful what type of pots I get so they are safe for her and I am happy to say these are. They are amazing quality and they cook our food very well. They are also so easy to clean. I am very happy with this set and I would definitely recommend it!
