Didnt like it

This product was like water. It didn’t leave a glossy shine and was worn off by the next day. The floors look dirtier than they were before using it and then didn’t come clean.

This product is true to the quality expected with the Zep name! The 4 step system is easy enough for the DIY'er to understand and master, while providing commercial strength results. Highly recommend. Application is easy, and dry time is minimal. I do recommend doing the 4 coats the label says to do for the best results!

On the bottle it says NOT to use on stained concrete floors but... It does work on stained concrete!!!! I loved the shine it brought back to my floor. I tried it in a small area before I did the whole floor. Make sure windows and doors are opened🥴

finished a concrete floor. applied epoxy paint and top coated with 3 layers of ZEP high-traffic polish. you will see a high shine and finish after the first application. Apply per the instructions. It dries fairly quickly and then you can apply a second, third, fourth coat.

Rubber floors

I own a dog daycare where I have thick rubber flooring that can get very “used” looking despite the daily cleaning. I thought I would give this a try and boy am I happy I did. I really reinvigorated the floors and I won’t ever use anything else!!!! Included are before and directly after photos

This product is a MUST! (If you run self-storage) The interior hallways have a bit of traffic in and out and the wax allows me to keep the floors looking decent, clean and shiny. It helps block shoe grime and gunk, and shows our customers that we care about our facility. Most people look at that and it equates to caring about the property as well as caring about theirs. First impressions are important, and this product lets me say, "Nailed it!"

This floor wax is amazing. Easy to apply and shines like new money. I definitely suggest following instructions and applying with a finishing mop. Using a "non finishing" mop may cause you to apply too much product.

This polish does a great job. It goes on evey if the instructions are followed well. Make sure to use the figure 8 motion to cover the whole area. We used this after the floor sealant for best effect.

I have went through several brands to use on a highly foot travel area which leads to a lot of muck and mess trails, nothing seemed to work good for me to keep a shiny polish look, I figured I would give this a try and wow , it's amazing , easy to throw together and get to polishing. It doesn't stink or leave an oder like some brands and I'm surprised on how the polish last so long even with heavy foot travel. This is my now go to floor polish.

This Zep floor polish made my terrazzo floors shine like new. This polish is extremely easy to apply with a micro-fiber mop. I used the Zep cleaner and sealer prior to applying this polish. I highly recommend.

[Rewarded Review] Long Lasting and Easy to Apply Floor Polish

This polish was very easy to use and apply. I used it on my vinyl flooring in the kitchen. It leaves a glossy finish which is immediately noticeable after applying. It also seems to make the floor more 'slip resistant'. It has been several days since I used it last and the floor still looks nice and shiny. I have tried other products in the past but they always seemed to be watered down, didn't last that long or provide much protection. Also, this polish doesn't have a super strong offensive odor. I'm going to use on other flooring I have and am confident I willing gear the same positive results. I will definitely be using this again on my floors and would recommend!

Great Product, Easy to Use

Used this on dull, worn stained concrete floors. Floor was 14 years old and probably never had any product applied since house was built. Product was easy to apply -- just mopped it on one THIN coat at a time. Took about 15 minutes per coat to apply. Dried very quickly. Applied four coats and let it dry 30-45 minutes between coats. Wear gloves to keep product off your hands unless you want shiny hands. Used less than one gallon for about 900 square feet.

Works great at restoring old tile

This worked great on our fireplace’s hearth. It had a horrible uneven dull look that made it look like it was constantly streaked with dirt. We had no idea how it was originally finished (it is concrete with some sort of finish to make it look like tile) , so we did not want to risk damaging it by trying to use an impregnating sealer.

Holds up really well to the daily and constant running, playing, and making-a potty mistake pack of 8 dogs. It is indeed, high shine, which I really admire. Application is straight forward: Just pour, close to the floor to avoid splash, and spread evenly across the floor, working in a 3 foot area. Walk away, wait about 30 minutes (humidity is high here) and smile when you return to a perfectly shiny floor. I use it on both linoleum and sealed wood. I will be buying this again, no doubt. Love this floor polish.

it is the best floor polish I have ever used. I have been using it on linoleum floors at my church. The floors are used everyday by a day school and members of the church. The polish is applied after the floors have been stripped. each room ,hallway and fellowship hall receives five coats of the polish. This is done In July and August each year and it keeps its shine all year. holds up to plain water mopping and everyday foot traffic. It shines and my staff and I receive great vcomments about how good it looks.
