Very simple fixture, small size, affordable price. I was looking for a set of small pendant lights for the kitchen, this one is very understated. The only criticism is the hanging wire is not completely straight. The fixture doesn't have enough weight to stretch is taught.

OK Product - Poor Customer Service

Ordered three lights to pick the most suitable for a half bath. The black cord did not compliment the oil rubbed bronze color of the metal.

Everything but one piece was good

Nice light, but the metal piece that screws onto the stem to hold the glass shade on isn't manufactured correctly (at least on the one I received), the internal ring is crooked and makes this part go on crooked so it looks like the stem is crooked. I tried putting it on in both directions, same result. Am calling customer service for a replacement part.The shade is also hard to keep clean like someone else noted but I imagine that may be the case with any glass shade.

Great lights for kitchen island

I love the look of these lights, however my only complaint would be it is extremely difficult to find coordinating down rods with them. We ultimately purchase same color down rods but they aren’t made for this light and color is slightly off. But they do look very nice in the space and the Edison style lights give off a warm homey glow.

These fixtures are a disaster.It starts with the packaging. The fixture looks like it's already assembled, but it's not, so if you grab it from the wrong place (like I did with my first one), the glass will fall and shatter.The glass is held on by the bronze casing at the base of the bulb. This screws on, but it's not really threaded and it's easy to get it stuck if you don't hold it at the precisely right angle. This is doubly difficult if your hands are larger than a child's because you have to reach into the glass to screw it on.The fabric cord looks nice, but it's really stiff and it's packaged in a way that bends it near the actual fixture. Since the glass is thin and pretty light, there's not enough weight to level it out and this bend is enough to make the light hang at a noticeable angle. I tried unbending it for about ten minutes and it always returned to the same angle.It's a shame because they look pretty good. However, I will be returning mine and looking for a different pendant. Less

Installation was very straightforward just like installing any other light attach the mounting bracket to the electrical box and connect your ground, black, white wires and your in business! The attaching of the glade cylinder to the bulb assembly was a little difficult as I have large hands but was finally able to get it connected and the light looks fantastic. Wish the fixture had a bulb included but most of the pendant lights do not so not too big of a deal. Installed it over my coffee bar in the kitchen and it looks fantastic!
